Item fits in ok and does exactly what I wanted. Was very simple to set up.

The item function says it should, it has a textured look. This access panel requires a screwdriver inserted into one of the slots to open but is overall easy to access, as far as the measurements listed in the description they are accurate to the size of the item. While it doesn't seem the most durable it works well and it is a $9 access panel don't expect the world but it will function as it should.

These are not cheap. The plastic is sturdy it latches Great over and over again. I have purchased this multiple times.

Easy to install. The door hinges can built better. But over all it works just fine.

Perfect for my need. Had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the basement to gain access to the outside spigot. Now there is not a hole in the ceiling and accessible if there is ever another leak.

For the price I took a shot with very low expectation, and ended up loving how it looked and how easy it was to install. I put it in the garage so I can have easy access to some wires leading out to the house. 10/10 would use again and recommend to other. It looks nice for an outdoor access.
