FT-09

Good value for money, easy to use and does what it says on the tin.

When I decided to buy a thermometer I went to the Boots site. They'e sold out of all of them, so I tried to track down the models that they supplied, thinking that this should get me a reliable gadget. They were all sold out too, so I ended up with this one - made by a manufacturer who supplies other models to Boots, so I hope it should work and last reasonably well. There are plenty of cheaper thermometers on amazon and ebay but I wonder how long they will last, and I want to be able to rely on it. The read-out is centigrade only - it may be possible to change it to farneheit but I don't see how. The instructions are in print so tiny that I had to use my smart-phone as a magnfying glass to read them, but unsurprisingly, you use it by a) sticking it under your tounge b) waiting for it to beep and c) looking at the number. I was relieved to learn that shoving it where the sun don't shine is not recommended.

Termometro economico, fa il suo sporco lavoro bene. Ma come per tutti i termometri di questo tipo il bip non si sente se lo stai tenendo sotto l'ascella. Si sente solo se lo tieni sottolingua per ovvie ragioni di vicinanza all'orecchio. Alla fine però il suo lavoro lo fa. Sai che lo tieni 4 minuti e sei sicuro che la misurazione è stata fatta.

es un termómetro muy sencillo, de uso axilar, te indica la lectura con un breve pitido. Lo recomiendo para el hogar, oficina e incluso para aquellos que trabajan en consultorio

Ce thermomètre médical Beurer FT09 a une plage de mesure comprise entre 32°C et 42,9°C. Trois méthodes de mesure sont possibles : dans l’anus, dans la bouche et sous les aisselles. La température la plus fiable et la plus précise s’obtient par voie rectale. Le thermomètre fonctionne à l’aide d’une pile LR41 de 1,5V. A l’intérieur de la boîte, on trouve : - Le thermomètre - Un étui en plastique transparent dans lequel on insère l’embout - Une notice utilisateur Le thermomètre doit être désinfecté avant et après chaque utilisation ; j’utilise pour cela un coton imbibé avec de l’alcool à 90°. L’appareil est efficace, il prend la température sur une période de 30 secondes, et affiche des résultats fiables (mise en comparaison avec 3 thermomètres). En fin de prise, il émet un bip sonore. Je l’ai testé avec ma fille de 3 ans, qui a été malade sur 72h, et les relevés de température m’ont permis de savoir à quel moment il était nécessaire de lui administrer du Doliprane en pipette. Le prix du Beurer FT09 est fluctuant ; il coûte généralement 11€ mais il est possible de le trouver en promotion sous la barre des 5€. Ce produit est garanti 5 ans par Beurer.
