Hi there,No, these ones don't.... They just Just the clip down closure that you see in the pics. I wanted a good size pannier and this despite being the kids version in my opinion is perfect but the structure misses site of the features of the larger bags. I hope this helps?!

Q: Is this suitable for a girls 26" small frame

Packaging says it is for girls bike, but I bought this for my lady bike and it fits no problem. Very functional, attractive and good quality item. My daughter now wants one too.

Yes it does. I think most sizes would work. The panniers do not cover the whole of my rack as they are not that widest or longest. Just need something they can rest onto; otherwise they'd be sitting on the wheel!

Great looking pannier bags

Great looking pannier bags. Really sturdy and easy to strap to your pannier rack. They are a good size. Any bigger and I think I would be concerned about the weight at the back of my bike and balance etc. My frame is quite heavy and is an old vintage style with no gears! Looks great on my bike.

fantastic buy

Love my new bike panniers, they are big enough to carry a big bottle of milk and other shopping items (bread) which I regular get on my trip around town or for my lunchbox to work! I also store my lights, gloves and pump in there too.Great colours and water resistance. If there were small flaps to come over across the tops I would call them waterproof, but like they are now, rain can enter.I also like the quick and easy release fasteners, which can be adjusted a little.

Takes paint off bike...

Very pretty on my red bike however it has scraped a lot of the paint work off my bike rack which is a shame so have stopped using it.
