Why did you choose this product over others?:I Needed a junction box with four outlets long side the supply so this fit my needs perfectly. The waterproof outlets and seal fit really snug and clamp the cables really well. the cable grommets come with different sizes to accommodate different size cables and works to secure the cable as well as create a water tight seal.Used under decking for bollard lights. really happy with the internal clamps and overall construction.

Great little box did exactly what I needed and easy to install

I purchased this Jttxiu 5-Way Outdoor IP68 Waterproof Junction Box and fitted it to the roof of my Ducato Van Conversion. I drilled two 25mm holes through it and through the van roof and used riv nuts, butyl tape and Sika 522 to fix it firmly to the roof. I then routed 3 conduit lengths from it to various places inside the van. I then fed the cables from 3 solar panels through it and into the van. I also allowed the potential to pass further cables through it at a later date to add further electrical items to the roof e.g. external lights etc. It has now been installed on the van roof for over 12 months, 3000 miles, and is still secure and water tight.

They seem to do the job. When tightening the screws, be sure to push down hard on the screwdriver as the screws are hard to get it, otherwise you start stripping the screws. It would have been nice if they'd provide screws for securing the box onto surfaces.
