Best value
Works great! Used them for our luggage on a trip we made and it was perfect to track on stuff! Just as good as Apple for a portion of the cost.

Nice for the price
Put on my key ring. I have used a lot seems like I’m always losing them somewhere in the house or my handbag. Also works great for finding your phone. Just double tap it and bingo place on cell phone. It doesn’t have the longest range if not loss near by but if more people had them it probably be great.Update After having a month it stopped working don’t waste your money

Hard to set up
This was so difficult to set up. It’s set up just fine on the Eufy app. But the Find My app was much more temperamental. The app would recognize the tag if it was lost meaning, it would try to look up the details of it for the owner of it. It would not add as one of my devices. So I went to all the trouble shooting information I could find. One said to make sure Bluetooth is on and that included on the app so I ran through all the settings. Everything was as it should be. Another one said to reset it by taking the battery out and reinstall it four times. Getting the back off the device was ridiculous. I was about to give up and order an AirTag and I saw one more link for troubleshooting and tried it. This one said to press the button five times in five seconds and on the sixth time, hold it until it made a sound. That actually reset it and then my find my app worked. It took over an hour to figure out what to do because the paperwork had so little information and the chat for eufy doesn’t respond as well as it should to specific questions. Of course, now comes the test to see how well it works and I may add more information on that later, possibly. I just wanted to put down my issues with it just getting set up in case it helps somebody else. Update - so I had my husband carry the tracker on a road trip. I can say it is very accurate. The only odd thing was one night he said the devise was beeping and wanted to know if I had touched something but my phone had been on the charger all that time so I had not even looked at my Find My App for hours. It pin pointed his location exactly, so I am pleased. I would make one suggestion to Eufy teams to let me download records of the location from the past. I have been watching a YouTube channel called Adventures with Purpose, where they try to locate missing people (cold cases) and my first thought was if we kept a device like this on our loved one's vehicles, maybe we could locate people when they might still be alive. Those are special circumstances, but I could see value in putting these on kids or elderly as well as pets just as an added security in case it was needed. Travelers who prefer to sleep in rest areas instead of hotels might also want to carry one and have a designated loved one hold the App. for the device for tracking. Those are some of the ways I am using this.

Update: Doesn’t work right. Smaller and lighter than Tile, but quieter. Good for dog
Update 8/16: Unfortunately I’ve lowered review to 1 star. Super bummed to report that the tag is defective after only using it for about a month. It keeps going off on its own without me triggering it multiple times per day, so I took it off my confused dog. It also wasn’t working on apples “find my” app. Initially it was no problem, but when I sent it with my sister for the weekend who also has an iPhone, it didn’t update her location the entire time which was around 4 days. It showed her last known location as my house days earlier with no update, not cool. After taking it off my dog I figured maybe I could use it for something else, so when I couldn’t find my phone I decided to try making it go off with this- no dice (and it ended up being less than 15 feet away, lame!). From the same location I used my Tile and my phone immediately went off for me to find it. For reference I’ve had my Tile and use it regularly for around 3 years now. I’ve only had to change the battery once. It’s on my keys and gets dropped and thrown around in bags a lot. This was on my 12 year old Pomeranian who spends most of her time napping inside and hasn’t gotten it wet or dirty for under a month and it doesn’t even work right? That’s ridiculous, seriously I don’t know if it’s a hardware issue or bad software, either way big time unimpressed would not purchase again or recommend.Original review:I got this for my senior dog to put on her collar. She rarely gets out, but it makes me feel better having this in addition to her microchip so I can check her location (she’s super friendly and sometimes my neighbors will take her for a short visit or a family member will take her on an errand and forget to tell me). It’s been on for close to a week now, and I really like that there’s a setting so she doesn’t accidentally hit it and set off my phone which is a nice feature.I’ve been a Tile user for a couple years now which I also really like, but for this particular use I like that this one is smaller and quite a bit lighter by comparison. I will say it’s quite a bit quieter than my Tile, and only goes off for about 10 seconds (Tile goes off loudly and continuously until I deactivate it). I don’t think I would put this on my keys since sometimes they end up weird places like under a couch cushion or in another room and could be hard to hear, but other things I could see like maybe the remote. I am working on training my dog to come in for dinner when I set this off since she has a dog door to the yard, and it’s loud enough for her to hear well but not enough to scare her which is nice (and she startled pretty easily). I’m liking it enough I think I may get another for my sisters puppy as well since she gets out more often. I do wish it came with a key ring or something to attach it to anything with. A minor inconvenience, but still a bit annoying I had to go find something to attach it with. Overall liking it so far and may post an update later about how it holds up on my dogs collarUPDATE: it’s been a couple weeks of trying to Pavlov my dogs with this thing. Every time I feed them dinner or a snack I play the little tune. Well last night i tried using it to call them in and it worked! I was so excited. I will say though the range isn’t that great- I had to walk over a bit closer to where they were in the yard and use it near a window, I’d say within 80 feet or so. But overall still really happy! Hopefully it keeps working, I’ll update again if anything changes

Never Lose Luggage Again
These smart trackers work great and are so easy to set up with your phone. We use them in all of our luggage and found them to be accurate even traveling oversees. I highly recommend them for peace of mind if you are concerned about losing luggage.

Works well with Apple "Find My" app, but sound is not very loud.
I have used Tile trackers, but I wanted to try something that worked with the Apple "Find My" ecosystem, so I purchased two SmartTrackers. The "good" is that it was easy to set these up in the Eufy Security app and Apple's "Find My" app. But there are several negatives. First, the sound is not nearly as loud as the tile trackers, which is a consideration for those of us who have some hearing loss. Secondly, replacing the battery is much more difficult, requiring a small "sim tool" or pin to pry open the case. Lastly, it is more difficult to attach the tracker to my key ring because there is more material around the key ring hole. So one needs to pry the key ring open a greater distance. All in all, I prefer the Tile trackers.
