⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Smartwatch + Outstanding Customer Service I spent a lot of time researching smartwatches for fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and overall health insights. After comparing a bunch of options, I decided on the Gydom Smartwatch — and I’m so glad I did. The watch worked great right out of the box. It delivered exactly what I wanted: reliable fitness and health tracking, an easy‑to‑use app, and even access to a health community to help keep you motivated if you want that. There are also plenty of watch face options, which was a fun bonus. After about three months, the backlight stopped working. I reached out to customer service and was blown away by how quickly they responded. They sent me a replacement in just over a week — during the Christmas holiday, no less. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is a company that genuinely stands behind its product. I highly recommend both the watch and the brand. Great features, great value, and exceptional support.

The watch bright 1.8" display, Alexa works, heart‑rate/SpO2/sleep tracking are spot‑on, and IP68 means it survives water. Battery lasts about a week, Bluetooth calling is handy but mic can be hit‑or‑miss. Good value, just wish the UI was smoother.

Watch is comfortable to wear. Easy to set up. Does have a plan you can subscribe to and you can get different watch faces for no cost, & other features. I personally don't subscribe to it. I feel like I shouldn't have to subscribe after I bought the watch. My personal opinion. It seems to do a good job for what I wanted it for. Just a watch, measure steps and heart rate, and measures sleep cycles. I like the way it looks also, easy to fasten. Easy to read, even without readers. The battery last a couple days which is nice. Does work with called & text. You can adjust voulumn on the watch w/o phone near during call.

I’ve been really enjoying this Gydom watch. I bought a set for my wife and myself, and we’re both happy with them. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day. For the price, the features are surprisingly good. It has health tracking, sleep monitoring, Alexa, and more. Setup was quick and painless using the VeryFit app, and pairing it with my phone was super easy. I also like being able to change the watch face, and answering calls through the watch honestly makes me feel like a Power Ranger. Overall, it’s a great smartwatch for the price and definitely worth it.

I love this watch. The price was amazing. So easy to set up and so many cute watch faces. The app and the watch does exactly what every expensive smart watch does. It’s amazing.

I've been wearing this watch for about 10 days now and it's got a couple issues. I do have some health problems that should be noted such as POTS so my heart rate jumps 40-50 beats quite rapidly multiple times a day and sometimes this watch seems to struggle to keep up. I've also noticed that it will stop counting calories burned. I've been awake and moving for 13 hours but it's been stuck at 95 calories almost all day. However when I open the app it says 1451 calories, which is also not accurate because I haven't been that active today. I've logged 4500 steps but I don't know if that's accurate either, however the watch is still linked to my phone and all the other stats are changing minus the calories. This has happened multiple times. I've tried restarting it but I don't think it ever really catches up, it just has to start over the next day. It doesn't stay on the home screen and keeps migrating to the call screen, which I literally never use. I walked on my treadmill and it said I had walked a mile when my treadmill said I'd walked .48 miles and again, who knows which is right. I do like using it to track my sleep, heart rate and stress level. My heart rate fluctuates between 64 and 145. Again, yay POTS.

So far so good. Everything I wanted in a smart watch, and then some. Great options for screens, though I wish there were more free options as opposed to paid. Seems accurate, and the call quality is great. Waterproof and light weight, functionality is good once all set up, and keeps you well up to date with notifications. If anything changes, I will update, but as of now great product for the money!
