My cpu came in a box within a box within a box... Just.. Beautiful! Thank you!! It runs amazingly! I had to purchase a stick for the Bluetooth and the wifi usb came with the cpu.. a color changing remote came with it as well! I would recommend this purchase as long as customer is aware that the cpu has Bluetooth abilities but needs a Bluetooth USB for it.

I bought this PC as a replacement to my renewed Dell Optiplex 5040, a package I bought from Amazon about 2 years ago which included the Monitor, PC, Keyboard, and Mouse for 350 all together. That Dell OptiPlex package was amazing for gaming, worked well for two years until it didn't, drivers started to fail because the system was outdated. So then as an alternative I decided to buy this PC alone which was 500. It was horrible. Not only was it worse than the cheaper optiplex, it ran much slower. Took twice as long as the old computer to load videos, open apps, run browsers and more. Then when it finally came to playing games, it was surprisingly worse than the OptiPlex as well, which surprised me. Tried Dying Light, got frame drops that the Optiplex never gave me (remember how much the entire OptiPlex package costed), but when I bought this PC ALONE for 500, it gave me frame drops. Tried Warframe, OptiPlex was amazing with it. BEASTCOM was terrible with it. Frame drops again, was averaging 20-35 fps. Did everything I could to max out fps, got nothing better. Even lowered the in-game settings and only got a boost of 5 fps. I'm shocked to say that I've learned that just because a PC is more expensive does not mean it is better. DIsappointed in the performance.

I bought this PC for my son as he wanted a gaming PC. It works great. We did have an issue right away where the wifi was not working. There were a couple of parts that were bad when I ran the troubleshooter. I contacted customer support and they sent me a wifi adapter which fixed the issue. I am very happy with their service. I hope we don't have any more issues but if we do, I feel confident that customer support will make it right.

Great upgradable PC. I swapped out the CPU & added a graphics card.

I seen a review where the glass broke during shipping, this did not happen with mine. Mine came perfectly fine, it turned on no issues. All components work and look great and is a great starter Pc! As a citizen of the United States It does take a while to get here,but it's worth the wait!!

this PC is the worst PC I’ve ever seen in my whole life it does not come with a graphics card you can’t even buy a graphics card for because it’s not compatible with any on the market. Do not buy this PC does not even run 100 FPS in most games you literally cannot do anything without lagging out of a game it takes eight years to open up an app or website and this is just trash don’t waste your money

You pay for what you get. The computer is extremely bad at loading games. I get like an average of 10 frames per second when I’m playing any kind of game. For recording it is extremely bad. The frames make OBS crash along with the game. The computer literally doesn’t have any capacity to run anything with high performance. Even wall paper engine crashes while it’s running in the background.

For 500$ dollar pc is decent and probably worth close to the price... You can install and run a Nividia 3060 with no modifications. I have been playing scheldule 1 and american trucking simulator on high graphics with minimal to no lag. Games like cities skylines can become a bit much for the pc with bigger cities. From what I found you can't really upgrade the processor with any meaning change. But super cool pc to play probably 80% of pc games with the 3060 upgrade. The back cover comes off and there is the power supply for the dedicated graphics card. You can disable integrated graphics in the BIOS and free up the other 6 gigs of ram being dedicated as Vram for the integrated graphics. Hope this helps anyone interested in this pc for mild/casual gaming.

Laut Beschreibung ein Ryzen 5 PRO mit 3,9 GHz und installiertem Windows 11. Klingt erstmal gut. Gekommen ist ein Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G mit 3,6 GHz, installiert war Win 11 21H2. Diese Win 11-Version ist veraltet und bekommt seit dem 10.10.2023 keine Sicherheitsupdates mehr. Ein Upgrade auf Win 11 24H2 ist nicht möglich, weil die aktuelle Version von Windows 11 diesen Prozessor nicht unterstützt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen! Es wurde also ein Rechner mit einer veralteten Hardware und mit einem Betriebssystem geliefert, für das es seit über einem Jahr keine Sicherheitsupdates mehr gibt. Ein Upgrade geht nicht, wie oben beschrieben. Die einzige Möglichkeit, diesen Rechner annähernd abzusichern wäre also ein Downgrade auf ein Windows 10, das bekanntlich dann ab Oktober 2025 keine Sicherheitsupdates mehr bekommt. Darüber hinaus fror die Treiberinstallation des MSI-Boards ein, vermutlich wegen des veralteten Systems. Ich bin echt froh, dass ich den Rechner nicht über mein Outlook.com-Konto, sondern über ein lokales Konto aufgesetzt habe, für das es in meinem Netzwerk keine Admin-Rechte gibt! Rechner geht zurück. Schade.
