Vileda Super Angle Pro Broom

I was slightly sceptical, but have been bowled over with this sweeping brush. It's the best brush ever! The strong angled bristles are perfect for skirting boards, corners and under the sofa. Dog hairs do not stick to this brush unlike other brushes (2 Great Danes in household), so perfect for sweeping them up. I highly recommend this product. Best buy ever!The only downside is the over the top packaging by Amazon - at least it can be recycled!

Wonder broom! This is my second Vileda angle broom, the first I bought two tears ago and is still going strong, though now with a new shaft as it came loose a couple of times then the thread became worn. I use the broom when mucking out my stables and sweeping the stable yard, it is brilliant for getting into the corners and catching up all the little bits. Very sturdy for outdoor use. Excellent value on Amazon.

An angled broom is so much easier than a straight one. This picks up all the detritus and fur that goes along with owning two dogs and a cat. I find the dustpan awkward to use and end up using a standard dustpan and brush to pick up the sweepings. The adjustable handle means it is easy for both my husband and I to use - he is 15" taller than me - and it means I can put it in a storage cupboard. Overall very pleased.

Very pleased with this. Took a couple of weeks to break it in and soften the bristles but the angular cut of it makes it great for getting into corners and it’s very wide head means it takes less time to do large areas of sweeping. Would buy again.

It was worth Spending a bit more for this broom. I brought it to replace a cheaper broom I had but the handle kept breaking. The bristles seemed very stiff to begin with but they do soften slightly with use which helps it pick up everything. It broke after 2 weeks of minimal use. The weak point is the rubber part on the handle where it screws into the broom head and unfortunately left the part with the thread on it stuck inside, so it is impossible even to replace the handle. Fyi I was using it as intended in a small conservatory and not as a hobby horse or pogo stick. What a waste of money, I expected better from Vileda.

I am a bit disappointed in this after buying the mop and bucket from the same place "Vileda" I thought this was going to be in the same league but sadly it isn't. The handle is short compared to other similar ones and the bristles on the brush are very long, far apart and course/rough - making it a bit difficult to sweep up properly in the kitchen. The pan is really nice and the corner design is very clever. I am going to try hard and make this work as it looks really nice. It might be that it is just so different from any one I have ever used before. I have used it a few times but keep going back and using the old one (which is not a good sign). The two handles don't click into each other like other long handled brush/pan sets do but that is not too much of an issue.I haven't had it that long so I will revisit this review in a couple of weeks and in the meantime I will keep using it as my older set is ready for the bin.

My wife and I purchased this broom after recently laying a new high gloss porcelain floor in the kitchen. This brush is so good at sweeping efficiently keeping the floor shiny and the grout clean. We also use it to sweep the base of our kitchen bar stools which have a chrome finish and they are left dust free. We store it upgright in the understair cupboard so not to bend or distort the bristles which I think was recommended on the label it came with.
