I have been taking boswellia serrata supplements for a few years; have a search online and you will find out all about the benefits. This pack of 180 capsules is a six month supply and at the current selling price this equates to £0.09 per day, which is great value. Sadly there are some bulking agents so it is not a “clean” supplement. As with all natural supplements it can take weeks or months to see any results.

IN ANTICIPATION OF SOME RESULTS
I was intrigued to read about Boswellia Serrata. I have never heard of it before. Even more intrigued to find out that it is frankincense, which I have heard of and read of in The Bible.The capsules do have a distinctive aroma and also a flavour. That disappears when swallowed, which is a no drama issue, and I haven't had any nasty aftertaste or burping up afterwards.A massive plus is that the bottle contains a six month supply which, for the price, is a really good deal and, by the end of that time, or even before, I am hoping that there are some positive results 😊👍👍👍👍👍
