LOVE Liquid I.V. Sugar Free. I'm constantly drinking it with my bottled water. It's very hot here in SC and it help me to stay hydrated and it also keeps me from getting leg cramps. The taste is Amazing and I love the different flavors. It's definitely a good value for my money. This company shows your exactly what the ingredients are in their product and I feel good drinking it. I'm definitely a repeat customer, thanks.

This product is what I use to control leg cramps at night. Seems to work well if taken around 6-7 PM. A plus is the pleasing flavors that it's made in.

I started using Liquid I.V. on busy days and after being out in the heat, and I've noticed it helps me feel hydrated much faster than drinking plain water alone. The individual packets are super convenient to toss in my bag, and they dissolve easily without leaving clumps. The flavor is a little sweeter than I expected, but it's refreshing over ice. If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water or needs an electrolyte boost after workouts or long days outside, this is definitely worth trying. I'll be keeping these stocked at home.

great for people who work outside in the summer heat. It doesn’t taste that great but it’s better than being dehydrated.

I bought these to up my electrolyte intake in preparation for an upcoming surgical procedure. As someone who drinks primarily water as their beverage of choice, I was very hesitant about flavored drinks as the flavors tend to be far too sweet and upset my stomach. I chose this sugar free variety pack (white peach, lemon lime, raspberry melon, green grape) because the flavors seemed more mild than the traditional flavors. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with them and find all of the flavors very drinkable. The instructions say to mix with 16oz of water, however I find that to be far to concentrated of a flavor for me personally, I prefer to mix mine in a 40oz Stanley for a much lighter flavor profile (I’m aware that this dilutes the electrolyte properties as well). Because of this I can’t say much about the solubility/clumping if following the directions, but in my situation I’ve had zero issues with sediment in my drinks.
