It's more runny than other toothpaste but once you get used to that it's great! 😆 Has a nice flavour and I don't seem to have as much tartar. Teeth feel clean and soft and sensitivity seems less. All in all I'd recommend this herbal toothpaste

Combined with a Hangsun Water Flosser this finishes of my mouth hygiene after every meal perfectly. I will purchase again. 1 person 3 times a day looks like it will last about 1 month.

If you have a sore mouth (e.g. a mouth ulcer), this is mild enough to clean your teeth with - the mint flavour isn't too strong so it won't sting. Like many alternative toothpastes, it's a bit thin i.e., it doesn't foam and stay in your mouth but can spatter your clothing so you have to be careful - but this lack of foam (and therefore free from the chemical that causes it), is probably what makes it so gentle as well as the mild flavour. I wouldn't say it made my teeth feel as clean as Weleda fennel toothpaste, but if you have sore gums or mouth it's helpful for that and if necessary, there's also a super-gentle toothbrush you can use called - Colgate 3D Soft Density Toothbrush - which you can order on Amazon - this helped me when I had an abscess on the roof of my mouth.

I initially really like this toothpaste. The flavour is very mild, so it doesn't spoil the taste of any food you eat afterwards. I love that it's fluoride-free and free of SLS and the other gunk they like to put in toothpaste. I don't know if it was psycho-somatic (I had read an anti-vegan article that vegans have the worst teeth ever, which may have triggered this), but after I got to the second tube, I started to get toothache and had to try switching back to the nasty stuff, which stopped the pain. I can't say if it was a result of the toothpaste or just in my head, so my overall review will be: neutral. I still use this occasionally, but not sure if it's doing my teeth good or harm.
