These protein bars are very good. I eat them when I play golf.

I think GNC has come upon a great compromise of making a protein bar that is textually satisfying (a little chewy, a little crunchy, a lot of great peanut butter flavor) with a great taste without much of an artificial sweetener or soy aftertaste. There is corn syrup in it, so I think the addition of a little of this not-so healthy ingredient makes it taste a lot better than others I've tried. I usually eat one with my coffee on mornings when I work days & I'm not hungry or snacking until I take my lunch break. I love the peanut butter flavor & they smell wonderful when you open the package. The only thing I'm not too crazy about is the price, but since I only have 1-2 a week, it's not too bad. Great product & if you like peanut butter, you will definitely like these......
