It is sturdy and good. Length is also good. Mechanism is easy to use. It is quite heavy so need to handle with care during installation. Assembly needs carpenter and drilling. Saves space. I wish the cloth was better there’s already some dirt on it and also one of the legs is slanted slightly. So reduced one star.

Centre joint is not required
The centre joint is a major design flaw. Once the ironing table is fixed to the wall, there is no need for the ironing surface itself to fold. Because of this unnecessary joint, the second section moves slightly downward while ironing, making the surface unstable. It should have been made as one solid piece. The price is also too high for such a basic design flaw, and since the product is non-returnable, the purchase is extremely disappointing.

Need quality improvements
I have a mixed opinion on this product. The board is sturdy and heavy.The board consists of two separate planks joined by two hinges. Due to poor workmanship, the board is not straight when hinge is opened. It’s like 160 degrees instead of 180. I think manufacturer came up with idea of two boards with a hinge to help in folding the device and to ensure compact packaging. But that has totally spoilt the aesthetics. See picture.
