The surface area is really pretty small (yes, I know dimensions are given but it was still smaller than I expected.) I like the flexibility but doesn't retain the heat or cold that long.

Real good quality product!
Very nice / durable hot/cold pack! My former 10 year old one gave out when it blew up in the microwave (under the guidance of a 11 y.o.).This size is great for smaller areas (eyes, wrists & such). I find for heat => microwave on reheat for 40 seconds is just perfect!

Waste of money
Broke within a week. Worked good the T couple times it was used. Don’t get ones with the plastic on them, make sure it is material.
