My son is 5’10” and weighs about 175 but is slim with a muscular build and got a large. His friend is probably 5’8 and 190 and has a thicker build got an xl. So depending on how you want it to fit but they had enough room to be very comfortable in those sizes. Good luck. Hope I helped a little.
