EVE'S ADDICTION Secret Message Envelope Heart Locket

The locket was a gift and was very well received, it's well built and the inscribed text looked very nice. The envelope is quite large and would hold multiple inserts though I've not been able to find a link to just inserts. Which would be a nice lil extra gift for special occasions. I will say that if you order do so in advance, there was an engraving error with mine. Though the customer service was top notch and had the whole thing resolved quickly. Probably sooner if not for holiday mail causing stuff to take as long.

Where to start? it was much smaller and thinner than the picture indecates. The engraving was half finished, and I got it with no time to ship for a refund or I would have attempted it. I honestly think pop metal would have been stronger, and the sharp edges of the unfinished "heart engraving"that was about as thick as a piece of paper was something that should have come with a warning label.I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you are looking for how NOT to do a neclace.

Horrible, very cheap material the writing in the back was missing. I writing altogether looks horrible. Fell apart already does not stay on the necklace the charm keeps falling out. Looks great in pictures but not in person. Wish I had returned it!!!! Waist of my money and this was a gift for my daughter so........

I ordered two. The lockets themselves were cheap and noisy. On one, the latch would not clip closed. On the other they did not do the inscription on the insert as instructed and their was a big flaw on the metal of the insert.

Loved the locket so much. When arrived there was a engraving problem. Customer service was wonderful and prompt in redoing the engraving

The personalization was missing on the back side of the heart. I should have listened to the reviews before I purchased.

I ordered this engraved heart locket for my Mom as a Christmas gift last week. It arrived very quickly but was missing one of the engraved heart's that goes inside the locket and the one they did include was engraved but had a big obvious flaw in the middle of it. I contacted customer service and they replied that they have an issue with their engraving system which is why my second engraved disk was missing, but then told me it would be (a lot!) more money to reorder the missing disk. Long story short they replaced the flawed disk for free but sent it on a dull cheap looking heart disk instead of a shiny disk like I had originally received. You can't hardly read the engraving on the replacement disk, which is Psalm 34:4 , my Mom's Bible Verse that is helping her as she battles cancer. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this product that was advertised much better than what you really get. 😕
