ANYCUBICCamera Kobra 3 3D Printer Camera, Remote and Real-Time Video Supervision, Ultra Clear Resolution, DIY Frame, Compatible with Anycubic Kobra 3/ Kobra 2 Pro/Plus/Max/Klipper Printer

Camera works great on my Voron 2.4. Some people were reporting that the camera disconnects easily. Mine was having problems too. It turns out the plug wasn't plugged in all the way. I had to use more force than I expected to seat it fully. See pic for fully seated plug.

Excellent camera that's very easy to install. You have to print the housing and bracket for it but the .stl file is on the thumb drive that comes with the printer (Kobra 3). The camera comes with a mounting screw that is used to attach the printed bracket to the gantry. Just plug it in to the left USB port on the front and you're good to go. Gives a nice clear picture although the frame rate is a little slow, but considerably better than the Bambu Labs A1 and P1 series cameras.

I actually have 2 Kobra 3 combos and got a camera for the first one and I'm ordering one for the second.The camera itself mostly works. It mounts to the printer through a case you print out and is accessible through the app on your phone or through the anycubic slicer. Sometimes you may need to refresh or reconnect through the app because it will lose connection but it works well most of the time.It's my understanding that they haven't turned on all it's actual features yet so time lapse and even the led lights don't work yet but are supposed to work soon in a future firmware update.For now it's been extremely useful in checking my project and being able to see that if a print goes wrong whether I'm in the next room or at work I can actually stop the printer remotely through the app or just check on the status of a print visually.I'm glad I bought it.Once the firmware updates are available I would probably boost this up to a five.

If you get this camera, be aware that there is no support material at all for setting it up and that the included camera mount (we’ll, the file they tell you to download) doesn’t actually work with the Kobra 2 series at all. Aldo be aware that there is no info on the con isn’t sure except for an outdated video that isn’t informative.In general the Anycubic product is great, they are just terrible at providing support or proper documentation.

I did some research on 3D Printers before making this purchase. I started 3D Printing over 6 years ago and the printer quality and ease of use did not really exist then. I had few requirements before diving in again; Multi color printing, auto bed leveling, improved hot end and extruder and reliable printing. This printer has all of those features plus room for 4 more colors! I really like the ACE Unit, which houses the filaments, keeping them out of the dust and built in heating system to lower the humidity and lessening the temperature shock of being pushed into a hot head at 60 deg C. All these wonderful features in a printer costing hundreds $$$ more, thanks for the price reduction during this past Christmas time!I am current building an enclosure for the printer, and I was so glad to see most of the parts I needed are also available here on Amazon - thank you as well.

Put one on all my anycubics

For the first week this printer was awesome. Then my x belt broke on the 8th day. Anycubic sent me a free replacement but it came from China and took 2 weeks to get here. The next thing to go was my printhead. No filament would extrude. Followed the anycubic troubleshooting but it didn't fix the issue. Disassembled the hot end and print head and there were no clogs. This time I ordered a replacement print head on my own from anycubic. It of course shipped from China. I've had more downtime than uptime with the printer. Really thinking about ordering a bambu printer.Update:With the new printhead the printer has been going strong. They've recently added optional auto level and calibration options when printing from their apps. The printer lcd interface is nice and user friendly compared to other brands. I was overly harsh on in my initial review. Yes, some components broke but the company was really great and friendly about getting me replacements that have worked great. The only thing I think they need to do better is have a US based shipping for their parts. Shipping from China takes too long.Update:My printer is down again. They sent me a new motherboard that didn't fix my issue. I have been unable to print for weeks. I purchased a Bambu and have had no issues. Stay away!!!! There are better printers.My kobra 3 is still down I was sent a new extruder and am still unable to print. My Bambu has been printing without issues
