Awesome book for self help on OCD
This book is must have for people with OCD. In India Psychotherapy is expensive and weekly visit to a good therapist may cost around Rs 4000 at least in a month. Have this book and follow it judiciously and it will help you overcome OCD. Although professional help is needed but it’s not an excuse for not having this book. OCD can took away people youth and relationships. It’s a biochemical problem in brain which people should understand and learn to fight with it. This book provide ways to fight with it and defeat it. For a healthy mind follow the suggestions provided here and help yourself and your loved ones.

Great book which brought awareness to my problem
I liked the analogies used like automatic transmission, shifting gears manually. I hope by practicing the 4 step approach I can overcome my ocd.

Helpful best book for OCD
Implementing the strategies require a lot of patience and hard-work. The book cannot do magic, but the strategies are highly effective. Personally I think that following these techniques will change brain chemistry. It's a best substitute for Behavior Therapist, no doubt about it. A must buy book, if you or your loved ones have OCD, but as always he/she should be ready to hard-work, should have patience, and ready to accept the change. Thanks for Jeffrey for such a great book!

Best self treatment book for ocd ,i absolutely loved this book,i would recommend it for anyone who has ocd,this is great work,by doing 4steps and using mindfullness awareness i was able to control my ocd thoughts,now ocd symptoms dont bother me, its me who is in charge of my life, not ocd,i thank god for this book and to the author i am so grateful for your book,this book improved and healed me so much ,love this book,but remember you have to do the work for the recovery,it is more fun than you realise,at the beginning you may experience so much pain,distress,but now i can ignore the ocd and focus on what i want to do...❤️❤️❤️loved this book

Excellent book everyone can read
I have buy consulting a doctor who suggested me this book. It is easy to understand and tells a lot about OCD and how we can amend the behavior to get rid of our compulsive habits. Many cases of people are given which helps in better understanding our own behavior. Must read. Worth it book.
