Over two years ago I had bariatric surgery and lost a good amount of my hair and though it's grown back slowly I've been losing an alarming amount with every wash since. I've tried shampoos, scalp massage, biosilk, collagen, biotin- everything I could think of. Finally, in less than a week of taking this, I took a shower and only a few hairs came out. I can't believe how quickly it worked. There were also some unexpected benefits! I don't know with certainty that it's related, but I'm having fewer headaches and less appetite. I have had a lot more energy than usual lately. I also have adult ADHD and have felt incredibly focused and productive. I haven't changed anything else in my routine, other than adding this supplement so I'll give it the credit. Bear in mind that this has a good amount of iodine so I've stopped my other iodine supplementation (which was a game changer for me to begin with). Just be aware of whether this has you covered nutritionally on anything you took previously so you can adjust as needed. Another pro is that almost every multivitamin or supplement gives me nausea, but this doesn't. Cons: -I wish it had more magnesium -Why in the world is it at all necessary to add red 40? I wish this was left off the ingredient list. I can't make sense of why it's there and I'd so much rather have an ugly brown pill than a slightly pink one with added dye which serves no purpose. I really wish they'd change this. - you have to take 6 tablets and they taste gross. I wish it was fewer but hey, whatever keeps me from losing all my hair. Still worth all 5 stars because it works!

Great supplement for hair and nail growth and strength.

I'm currently on my 3rd bottle of these. 2 pills three times a day does give you the desired effect. My hair grew about 4-5 inches since I started taking them three months ago. I also was told, if I can tolerate it, take all 6 pills at once. Take with food if you have a sensitive stomach and do not mix with other hair/skin/nail supplements. I did and it was too much (nausea). The baby hairs are coming back in spots that haven't grown in a decade. It takes time but time does work if you take a proper dose. If you do stop for whatever reason, there is no fallout either. I stopped taking them for 2 weeks (for unrelated reasons) and there was next to no shedding at all. The pills are a little larger than regular tylenol and does have a slight taste to them. It's not enough to make me stop them but wanted to give fair warning if you're sensitive to certain tastes. It's also well packaged. They always show up in a sealed bag within the sealed mailer bag. Security sealed cap as well with a childproof top.

I notice such a huge difference in my hair when I’m taking these vs. when I’m not. I have almost no “falling” and my hair just takes off with new growth. The texture and feel of my hair is much better, too.
