Good stuff

Great taste
Good quality, good taste, fresh, great value for money

First time eating
I bought as an alternative to Pak Choi, I chopped into bite sliced pieces and simply added some oyster sauce, microwaved for 3 min- if was very enjoyable with simply steamed rice and airfryer duck breasts.

75% woody stalks
This was not pleasant to eat as it was mostly woody stalks and some leafs. Won't be buying again.

Not enough
A very small bunch for the price.

Tough and far from fresh
bought two bunches of choi sum, and both were incredibly tough—not tender and juicy at all. I honestly felt like I was chewing on hay like a horse while eating them. Very disappointed with the quality.
