Looks very sturdy and well made, the casing is hard plastic and looks strong, it has a braket for a wall/post installation. The cabling is thick which is important when running 50A of constant power. I'm just waiting for the electrician to install it, eager to start using it.

Product worked for about a week and then it failed. RFID card failed and it wouldn't allow me to switch it to so it didn't need an RFID card.

This charger arrived intact, in new condition, and well protected with custom cut foam padding, inside a generic box. The instructions are easy to follow because they are well written and include diagrams. The charging unit and cable seem pretty tough and have markings indicating FCC, RoHS, UL compliance, as well as IP66 waterproof rating. I particularly like the RFID feature that ensures authorized charging only. I also like that this feature can be turned off. Overall, I would recommend.

Perfect charger for your Tesla EV! I have an additional Tesla to J1772 EV Charging Adapter and it works well. With a few more adapters out there, I am sure you can charge other EV's if you want to. It should be installed by an electrician! The materials of the charger are strong and sturdy and so far it's holding up well to the natural elements! A good value and a must-have for someone with a Tesla EV.

Dependable charger and the construction is very durable but you have to pay attention to the housing. Heat protection and very easy to install. Easy to set up and has a carry bag that makes it easy to put away until the next charge. Great for the price.

Very pleased with this wall charger that uses the NACS plug for Teslas. Installation is a breeze as long as you have three wires hooked up to a 60A breaker with two hots (red and black) on a split phase and a ground (green). Charging is fast at 48A on my Tesla Model Y at around 230V (I never get 240V). My vehicle tells me I am getting 11kW which is around 35-40 miles charged per hour.I really like the screen on this charging station because it tells you about the charging session. What's also nice is that it has RFID to control who can charge in case you use it outdoors and want to control who can use it or if you want to use this commercially.I honestly don't have much bad to say about this but the electrical opening is on the bottom so for some it might be inconvenient because you might have wiring coming from above and you may need to accommodate for that like I do.Overall, I'm very pleased with the flexibility this charging station offers and the high power it supplies to my EV.
