Only Bands without poster or videos training QR..
First, received the backet open Second, there is one missing band Band Third, without any poster training as mentioned in description containing QR scanning for online videos.. Dissappointed..

These bands feel awesome, are strong and don't roll. Love the wording of strength "heroic" lol

These are quality made, very nice, wide resistance bands that stay in place and won't bind up or pinch like regular elastic bands. The pack includes 4 bands of increasing resistance - light, medium, strong and heroic. Some exercises I do require 2 bands of the same resistance. If I were to order again I would probably get 2 light and 2 medium as the higher resistances are more than I can work with.

Fabulous!! Not too short or long !! The resistance is the way light-medium-hard should be!!

It’s not as the pictures describe. It’s a fake and poor copy. The bands are not all the same size, they are only 3 not 4, and they don’t have the strength label on it. I have pictures for it but there’s no place to upload. A scam, don’t buy!
