Works good for sediment and iron but priced much higher than alternatives that I’ve tested and are just as practical. Double the price of some filters that work just as good.

This is a drop in replacement for the shell water system water softener filter. The flow rate was not impacted and it’s easy to install with the filter tool. Just make sure to put silicone on the new o ring which is not included
