Better than expected
Let me preface this review with the statement; "I do NOT order items I do not intend to use myself". That said: This is very well made and I expect that it will do its job well for a good long time unless I tear it up somehow. Just make sure you also order the plug in wire harness or you will NOT be able to use it. I do recommend it.

7/4 pin trailer connector
I liked that this fit into the stock OEM 7/4 pin trailer connector bracket. The quality is good. I’m using this on my 2021 Ford F150 to replace the OEM one that had a pin break inside. Installation is easy and takes less than 10 minutes once you figure out how to release the clip on the wiring harness from the truck. I didn’t need the metal bracket that this came with.

Haven't installed yet, but it seems to be a good quality connector
The media could not be loaded. The spring works great, and I'll trust it to keep dirt and debris out. I'm intending to replace my stock OEM plug with this so I have both pin options. The only negative thing I noticed was that the 7 pin electrical connectors was held together with some epoxy. Well see how long that lasts in weather.
