Pathetic product. Return was also not accepted on first day
This toaster body gets so hot that one cannot use it. I asked for return many time and eventually today the return process finally got cancelled as I am unable to use it. Entire money was wasted as amazon was also not responding to the return request. Very complicated return process. No person called or came to pick this parcel even once.

Space Saving Toaster from Philips
Philips is one of my favourite brands and I bought this without thinking much. The over all product is good but the quality of plastic sections is not so good. Needs to be handled with care.If the bread slices are thin they will get burned at full throttle, bread browning can be easily managed from the knob and it varies as per the bread thickness.

Toaster is ok but body becomes very hot
The first one I ordered tripped the entire electric circuit in the house. The replacement one is working ok so far but the body becomes extremely hot. Such design flaws not expected from a brand like Philips.

So satisfied about everything in this Phillips toaster. Nice & strong quality body. Easy to clean. And so happy with adjustable browning features. Easy to clean and portable. Works very well.
