I had been propping my Shure SM58 on a box, and I wanted a way to position the mic directly in front of me, with the option to slide it out of the way when not in use. The Aokeo AK-55 is a good value for a quality product. I have the non-scratch base mounted to the side of my IKEA sit-stand desk, which lets me slide the mic in front of me when gaming, then slide it off to the side the rest of the time. I use the included 3.5" extender to give extra space above the keyboard, and the extender maintains the solid feel of the Aokeo. There is no impact to the sound quality. It was very easy to set up, and there are set screws to keep everything secure. It's matte black, lightweight metal construction. I recommend the Aokeo AK-55 without reservation.

This microphone stand is pretty good but the only thing I would recommend considering changing and making it better is to make the adjustments smooth but I mean overall to set up and everything is is pretty straight forward and would probably fit most desk and the price for it is not bad from the material is use and the range of motion is pretty reasonable

This boom arm has been something I have had for about a month now and it seems to do its job just fine. It holds up my blue yeti microphone in any position and doesn’t move. The only complaint I would have is the cable management clips aren’t very strong but over all a good product

Great microphone stand! I have a Logitech Yeti GX and this stand works perfectly. Came with the proper equipment to get it set up easily, and has great adjustability. I would recommend this as a great option for a lot cheaper than other microphone stands while looking aesthetically pleasing.

great material and finish, but it captures desk vibrations quite intensely, and doesnt exactly move the easiest. it swings around left to right easily, but micro adjusting the mic joint or the vertical arm joint, you have to unscrew a thing, position it where you want, and then tighten it again. eventually these get loose and the mic no longer holds up. poor design for longevity, great design for the first month.

I bought this low-profile mic arm to keep my desk clutter-free, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my setup. pros: I was originally pretty skeptical about this arm because of the low price, but the performance completely proved me wrong. My desk is quite large at 160x80cm, and this arm easily reaches across it to get the microphone right to me without any issues, proving compatible even with big desks. verdict: 5 / 5 If you have a multi-monitor layout and need a strong, heavy-duty arm that hides neatly below your screens without sagging, this is an easy five-star recommendation.

It's a bit more basic than the Rode PSA1+, but a lot nicer than the Rode PSA1. And it's a lot cheaper than both of those. It has a nice channel to tuck your cable into and it feels and looks to be a quality product. It could have done without the branding for my taste but that's fine.
