both but mainly protein. but the quality of protein is in question especially if one is an athlete or gymnast. I cannot comment on that but my safer preference will be Proteinex - Diabetes as it does not contain any sugar. If taste is not your issue than that brand is good for Indians. If you want to go much higher in your protein intake than look nowhere else except Labrada whey or meal replacement. Both are good, except that when you are having meal replacement, don't intake any meals. just one pouch would be suffice. Horlicks is best in malt but for office goers not for a gym body like me.

How does it taste with chilled milk ?

Better served with hot milk coz it dissolves nicely with it so

Good product

I would recommend this protein powder to those who just want to start their protein intake and dont want to start with actual protien powder supplements like ON or muscleblaze.The taste is lretty good and has a great mixability, but the results obviously are not that great compared to protien powders in the market

Good composition compared to other brands especially ENSURE!Would be delighted if the brand tries to lower the preservatives, artificial sweetners and all the chemical stuff.

Recieved in good shape. But just a paper packing is not enough by amazon.

It has all the vitamins, needed by body for day to day routine, along with energy. In 250 ml of milk just add half a scoop and drink and forget. U will feel the energy from day one. In a month u will feel change in body. It is better than other products available in market.

It has side effects

Me and my father got badly sick after consuming it for 5 days. All other members of our family were perfectly healthy. Thereafter, my sister consumed it and she also got nausea and fever after drinking it 2 days. I don't know what's wrong with this product. But my doctor told me to avoid such products as they are not good and just contains chemicals.
