Basically gorgeous
Seems pretty well perfect. a few small things 1. In Create Pin on setup you have to click the 'include letters and symbols' box or the screen freezes. 2. When it asks if you want to add Amazon to your taskbar, don't. It takes you to Amazon.com, not co.uk.3. The number pad is on the right hand side of the keyboard. I was used to its being on the touchpad. I had it to the right for years at work and I'm getting used to it again but it does take getting used to. 4. You seem to have to click the left hand touchpad right in the corner. I've changed it in Settings to 'most sensitive' and it's better.. I'm inside but the sun was streaming in as it does in summer and so facial recognition didn't recognize me, particularly infuriating because i live alone and am disabled and not about to be carting a 16 inch laptop around with me, (and old enough to remember when you could just switch on) and I guess could make you livid on a brightly lit train desperate to get something done before you get to work. It runs ,my beloved legacy Photoshoo (5.5). It has the power button next to Delete, which seems to be a trick a lot of manufacturers like. Why not ON/OFF on the side? Screen: my graphics look fine to me. Sound seems fine but I'm a bit tin-eared. I bought it because it's beautiful. and on deal. Yes I know processor, speed, memory etc. It's got those. The story is that I've been an Asus girl for years PC manufacturers please note, not that they will. I happen to hate all-silver, silver chassis and keys and I could not find what I wanted at the price I wanted in anything else. I even looked at a pretty pink one with black keys but 4 Gb. There ought to be a law against shipping W11 with 4 Gb. You know for some laptops they (pretend to) give you a choice of configurations, though they don't all work. They could put colour in as well. Shall update if anything interesting happens.

A brilliant, delightful, and wonderful HP laptop, it has changed my life!!!
I bought this laptop about two months ago during the Amazon Prime sale as I was in need of a new laptop at the time. I have found this laptop truly amazing, and it is the only reason that I purchase HP laptop's. Highly multi-versatile with a sleek and practical design, the laptop offers fantastic value for money and has a good battery life alongside this. Overall, this is a wonderful purchase with the laptop performing a range of tasks at high-speed with a great sound quality for listening to music or actioning conference calls. My own criticism would be the colour choice with this laptop as blue is not my favourite laptop colour. Apart from this, I would thoroughly recommend this laptop to others seeking to purchase a fantastic all-round new laptop.

Does what I want with ease.
I've always used HP. This is a nice machine and I like the backlit keyboard which makes it a lot easier in dull conditions. It's Intel Core 5 Ultra is fast enough for my usage. Has a decent and clear display. The speakers are clear sounding and with plenty of volume if required. Would have been nice with a couple more external USB ports. The WiFi connection is excellent. I have internal brick walls and previous models did connect but could sometimes struggle.

Easy to set up and use and good value
Early to give a full appraisal but first impressions were it was nice and light and easy to setup. I only use a laptop for the usual things like emails, banking, watching news and sport and so far found it quite easy. I am not very tech savvy so probably will not do everything I could but it is suitable for my purpose and value for money.

Great but not quite as advertised
Great laptop. The larger screen is perfect for my work and I can instantly see how much quicker it is than my old laptop when importing photos from my phone. Unfortunately, I believed this model to be flip screen and touchscreen as advertised in the photos and as the same model on the HP website. This laptop was not. Falsely advertised.
