Cycle is very good and very stylish. It requires assembly by an expert. Self assembly have face issues with chain setting and breaks adjustments.Pros:Very lightVery stylishWorth if you get deal for below 7000Cons:Seat bit hard, requires gel seat cover.Might be good only for weight is less than 75 kgs.Suspension bit hard.

absolutely great,used it all summer, only issue I had was with chain setting.

Its a gud cycle at this range but not suitable for guys who r sterdy n r on lil heftier side. So its ideal for the people in the range of 55 to 73 kgs with the height less than 5.10.Looks stylish and neat and the quality of the components are decent too. Handle bars width is less. Overall decent product but not for every1.

Checked with almost more than 4 shops as well hero showroom also still chain issues is there they are saying its seems like chain bracket manufacturing defect pls return this but replacements period is overed.What can i do now???? Its waste of cost..Bought for 6.5k using as showcase in home.🙄🙄Everything is good, nice design, the compact is good as well as stylish too but u can't drive it more than 10 meters every ten meters u have to adjust the chain.I'm fed up with this one bought a month ago but kept it room only for a showcase :(.

The cycle looks stylish but has a lot of issues. It is s defective product from Hero that has chain issues. I have got it fixed many times from different stores but it never seems to work. Just imagine buying a bicycle for 7500 or more whose chain keeps coming out every time after few 100 meters. The experience has been frustrating. Other low points are the seat is very hard and uncomfortable. Combination of this, no suspension and pathetic Indian roads means every time you hot a bump on the road, you get hit. The body is not sturdy enough to deal with Indian roads. It is only good in areas that have smooth roads.

Rode 50km so far and have positive experience. Better to have assembly done from an experienced cycle store.Had to put on a gel seat cover for little extra cushion.

Its around 4 to 5 ride after the installation . And i love the bike as its very light wait and very stylish too. Daily i travell atleast 10 Km at on it. No much complication as it simple and easy to handle. Also the color of this bike make its different and more catchy, as I got all notice. Due to light wait its very easy as i can take it to my 3 rd floor apartment. Also I got super deal thanks to Amazon. All thumps UP.Freindz its my 2nd review after 20 Days..Really I like it ... Stylish... Light wait.. And easy to handle... Loved it...Some tech. Issue in starting of chain set.. Tends to loose/ just stuck some time. I have tight chain frequently .. But from last few days not faving any type of issue now.. May be now the crank and chain adjusted as required ...Really i can understand that new cycle usually have this issue for few time...Great to have it as its help me daily to warm up as i travel around 5 km daily ...Thanks Amazon

was delivered a damaged piece , the front rod which meets the tyres was bent badly , the chain is also damaged , had to get it changed .
