Product works fine, build quality also good, water quality is good, borewell water TDS is 450 in my house. After installing the ro TDS is 45 and the taste of the water is good, only thing is the packaging for shipping is not sturdy

Was in a dilemma to get this type of product or with storage tank. As the storage tank is difficult to clean and acucumulates dust from environment, was looking for an option without storage tank. Recently got it installed at my home. The product is of very good quality, checked certain parts which are imported and are of very high quality. The water flow is good and taste is as good you can expect.There was a minor issue, the seller forgot to send cover (as mentioned in the description for this product), contacted support team directly and the response was quite good. Seller immediately sent cover and some additional parts which I asked without charging additionally.5 stars to the product and 5 star to the support team.
