Great product, great buy , recommend to anyone!!
Works great, love that it have a light I can turn on to locate my dog in the dark, battery life is amazing, the multiple different beeps are nice, great quality, looks great , holds up to my dogs creek runs , water resistantace is as good as you inserting rubber plug in charging port, charging time is lower than listed. The vibration is great , don't even use the shock button, Couldn't be happier.

It works great and nice collar!!
I received my shock collar today plan on taking my dog for a walk tonight using it I'm very excited as my other collar that I had different name brand wasn't working anymore and she wasn't listening to me!! It was easy to set up and I like that the beep is loud!! And just testing it, She heard it and I said "come" and she came right away! ( as she has already learned what the beep means and also the vibration I've only had to use the shock one time with the old collar that she had so she's very familiar with all of the sounds!! And it fits great around her neck!! She's 130 pd Rottweiler! I highly recommend this Collar especially if you have a big dog!! And you can't beat the price it's great quality!!

Changed our pup from anxious/naughty to happy & well adjusted!
Absolutely LOVE this collar and remote! It has changed our dog and our quality of life! We have a stubborn hard to train hound (cur feist) with a strong nose, who also loves to jump on people and cars. After using the beep and vibrate buttons just 1-2x he was trained. We’ve only had to shock once when he ran off in the woods and hadn’t returned. Now we have no issues and can take him anywhere! All I have to do is put the collar on and he’s in good-behavior mode instantly. Sometimes I don’t even put the collar on - I just show him the remote and it completely shifts his attitude. He’s happier, gets to go much further with us on our property, and we can even take him to friends and family’s homes without issue. WONDERFUL product! Works very well, trustworthy, and when we lost our remote recently we instantly reordered. It’s that important for our family. Thank you for the awesome easy to set up system!

Unable to compare to any collar I have ever used you get what you pay for
I don’t know who created their refused before I’ve worked with E Calls, my whole life, beeping and vibration. They seem to work . The shocking mechanism barely works from 1 to 20. It works from 20 to 99. There’s no increased shock. I put it on myself right on my forearm. I never put anything on my dog without trying it. I barely felt it for me and my experience the maximum this goes up to is the number one on a good collar looks nice charge lasts if you have a dog less than 20 pounds maybe the shock is sufficient the vibration is very strong. The beep is very loud adjustable. I’m returning it. I used it for a couple of days. It seemed to be working and then I let him off leash. He saw a rabbit he started to run. I started to increase the levels on the shock. It did nothing and then when we came home, I put it on myself and that’s when I understood. I definitely would not recommend this for anybody who is serious and who has any sizable dog. Oh yes, and also very difficult to adjust the fitting. I used the long prongs. I have a short haired German Shepherd, who is very sensitive also no response.

Pretty darn good system! One minor complaint,,,,,,
WOW - pretty darn good! Hunt a pointer, and his premium collar, 28 yrs old, died. Had a number of dogs on it, but heck - nothing lasts forever. So I bought this. Bingo! The controls are easy to see and clearly marked. Charging is a breeze with USB for both. On/Off switch is nice. I will worry about it getting shutoff by accident, so we'll see. Range is also untested. Beeper, needed to locate him in tall grass, seems loud enough. He has never had a vib warning, but he will catch on to that, and I think may even like it. The switch from collar 1 to 2 is not easy understood, but the display helps - you just gotta read. The only remaining question is how rugged this will be in the field. Looks pretty goo from the outside, but days in the field will tell the tale. I will update in a month or so. Update: This is my fourth collar (and last - we are both getting older). Had several name brand collars, and this is the equal to them all. And at 400 less, a better deal. Been out in the field 5 times, and collar is steady and efficient. Range is as advertised. While the tone feature is to soft for locating the pointer in the field, it is sufficient for most dogs. Helpful hints: When unplugged from charger, the collar turns on automatically. A cool feature the caused slight confusion. The collar vibes when turned on, and beeps when turned off Do not mess with the two collar switch! Keep the dogs hair out of the snap clip on the collar. It hurts them!

I’ve been using this for over a year and it still works amazing!
Loud beep, bright little light making it easy to find my puppy in the dark. Easy to adjust and operate I would start on a very small shock. It has 99 levels on the shock. So please be careful! Battery last a while I charge it 2 times a month, I’d say it’s great quality because it’s water resistant and I can hear the beep from hundreds of feet away and I’m sure it works much farther. I just don’t let her get too far. Worth every penny, it also comes with the tool to test it and longer probes for thick furred dogs. 🐶

Beeps keep our dogs in check
We’re using these for our two dogs who like to wander off the property when we go outside. After only a couple of days of experimenting, we found they each respond immediately to certain beep pitches, even while chasing squirrels or deer. We put them on first thing in the morning and take them off before bed, and only have to charge them about every 2-3 months. The only issue has been that one of the prongs has come off and gotten lost so that the bare screw is sticking out. My dog’s coat is thick enough, and we keep the collar loose since we don’t use the shock option, but I wish they made it so we could remove the prongs altogether or at least sold soft replacement prongs to screw back on. We do use the rubber prong covers provided, but they don’t fit on the bare screw. Edit: I reached out to the company to ask about replacement prongs for the one that fell off. They responded quickly but said they don’t offer replacements and that their only solution was to buy a new collar. That lack of support lost this product another star. But I did find several companies who do offer replacements for reasonable prices. I got a set of the female prongs with rubber caps that fit perfectly and I was able to use shorter prongs for both collars, so the dogs are more comfortable in their freedom collars. After several months, they wander much less and I almost never have to beep them to come back.

Works wonderfully for my purposes.
I walk three dogs at once, and I use this collar on my youngest — a Lab mix who likely has some terrier in her. She’s athletic, has a high prey drive, and a dominant personality. When I first started walking her, she was leash reactive — and honestly, if I were tied to my siblings with a rope, I’d be reactive too (just sayin'). Before I go further, it’s worth noting that I also use an invisible fence system with two of my dogs. It gives a warning beep followed by a static correction if they cross the boundary. This keeps them from escaping under or over a fence they could easily breach. I’ve tried other electric collars in the past, but the battery life was terrible, the beep was barely audible, and the vibration was so weak it might as well not have existed. This collar solves all those issues. The battery lasts, the beep is nice and loud, and the vibration is strong enough to actually be useful — all for about the same price as the underperforming ones I used before. When I first began using it on walks, I’d tap the beep function whenever my dog showed signs of reactivity. To my surprise, she would immediately tune in and calm down — a cause-and-effect I didn’t expect. As her behavior improved, I transitioned to using the beep mainly when she started to pull on the leash. If she pulled hard, I’d use the static correction at level 5 out of 99. It’s mild — she just pauses and shakes her head like there’s a fly on her ear. If she gets too focused on another dog, or a rabbit she wants to chase, a quick tap of the shock button brings her attention back to me. It’s a gentle nudge, not a punishment, and it works. One thing I want to highlight is that this collar hasn’t caused any anxiety, which is something I was initially concerned about. I think part of that is because I always walk my dogs on a leash — they know they’re with me, and the correction feels more like a guided reminder than an isolated shock. There’s no panic or distress, just refocused behavior. The collar unit itself is user-friendly — the buttons are large and easy to find without looking, and changing settings mid-walk is simple. It’s also fairly durable. I dropped it once on the sidewalk and it held up fine. That said, I wouldn’t call it rugged — it’s not encased in rubber or built for extreme abuse. In terms of comfort, it’s decent. My dogs don’t seem to mind wearing these collars as long as they fit snugly. If the collar slips around, the prongs can irritate the skin, but I haven’t had any issues with this collar or with the invisible fence ones I use.
