The phone arrived in good packaging, it was not damaged in any way. Worked well. Connected easily using the wires obtained. The speaker also works and so does the caller ID. It looks as it is in the image, the glass buttons and the colour is the same. it has all the features mentioned and the battery life is good, it recharges easily once left on the dock. it is black and silver as the images show, perfect for the kitchen and also the room. it can do call blocking, where you can silence it and the call doesn't affect you.

Nice range and clear voices; love the bigger writing and numbers. Only thing is it has an answering machine and so does our phone line. Even with it turned off,our messages get confused and we are not getting messages for days at a time!

Great telephone system, and easy to set up

I bought this set to replaced a Uniden setup that had literally fallen apart because the plastics disintegrated. It all works well enough and has a few nice features like the intercom system and the fact that the handsets share entries in the address book without having to enter the same information multiple times. Functionally, it's all fine, especially when considering the price. However, I did encounter one negative aspect, of which I thought potential buyers should be aware: Included in this set is a sort of "universal" wall-mount adapter that, when paired with this particular model, is a hilarious abomination of one-size-fits-all gone terribly awry. See the bottom photo on the left that depicts the phone mounted to the wall? Yeah, the actual product isn't nearly so easy on the eyes. I'm sure that configuration is possible with one model of this product but this isn't it. There are slots on the back of the main charging station marked "B" that correspond to the "B" posts on the mount and, when assembled, form a misshapen Frankenstein's monster of an eyesore (see photos). According to the instructions that came packaged in the box, despite all appearances to the contrary, this is, in fact, correct. Yikes. I thought I might be able to free up a little desk space by wall-mounting the phone but I guess that's out the window now. Granted, this may not be an issue for many customers but that this was considered an acceptable use case for this product is wild to me. Also, the handset locator button in the back of the base for some odd reason instead of the front, clearly defined and marked, like every other cordless phone I've used in the past 35 years for...reasons?

We don't have a cell phone. What passes for a landline these days is all we have, (kids, there used to be a copper wire phone line in the walls, and an outlet called a jack built into the wall... and the phone worked even when the electric went out...) and being disabled, cordless is a necessity. Old phone base broke suddenly, couldn't charge anymore, had to get a new phone ASAP. This by some miracle actually was delivered in 2 days, by Amazon; not sent by the post office like everything else recently. Because Amazon delivered it, it wasn't damaged, and actually works. The delete button is different than our old model, and the base & phone itself are slightly different size/shape than our old one too... so hoping we could just keep using the old phone and charge it with this one's base didn't work. Don't like the new built in speakerphone "feature" at all; old one didn't have that and this makes the volume incredibly loud, no matter how you adjust the volume setting. The ringer echoes so loud with the speaker in the back of the handset... and dialing it can be heard rooms away too because that comes out the speaker too. no ability to turn this off/down. no turning the ringer off either. But it's still better than all these newfangled "smartphones" and crap like that. (We're past middle age, grew up in rural areas that didn't have internet at all until we were in our 20s, and we never had/got used to tech. having to figure out ordering stuff online was hard enough; I still can't figure out call waiting! it was too expensive so we didn't have it growing up, and now I just hang up on people trying to check the other line haha.) overall this is more complicated than I'd like, and WAY too loud with the speakerphone thing for my liking, but it does the job so far.

The product box received was damaged and looked like it was already opened before. The units were not charging at all.

The power adapter is only compatible with 100-120V, which is not suitable for use in Singapore. So, why are they selling it on amazon.sg?

Product sold on Amazon.in for use in India was not electrically engineered for use in India, i.e., it came for use with 110V.
