Awful. It's crushed spices (not small pieces like the one I'm using)...you get allergy from smeling it. Never again!

I often have stuffy sinuses but prefer not to ingest medication. When I saw this herbal inhaler, I decided to give it a try.My DDPremium Herbal Inhaler arrived in a sealed in a nice-looking box that shows information about the product, a list of ingredients, and the date of manufacture (07/08/2024) as well as the date of expiration (07/08/2027). The product is made in Thailand. The similarly designed plastic bottle, separately sealed, shows information about the product and a list of ingredients but not any dates. The product itself is encased in a fine mesh packet and is quite fragrant. The appeal of the fragrance is in the eye (or nose in this case) of the beholder, but I do find it pleasant.After inhaling this herbal mix, I did feel my sinuses clear. This effect did not, however, last for very long. I also noticed that the room where I opened the tiny jar was left with a bit of the fragrance. It is that strong. While I will continue to use this inhaler, which I do enjoy, I am on the fence at this point as to whether or not I would continue to purchase it. It is not a panacea for me, and my nose does feel stuffy again soon after using this inhaler. It may, in time or with more use, produce a more lasting result. For the time being, however, it works quickly and then fades quickly. Still, I enjoy using it. There is no limit on use.If you enjoy the fragrance of these herbs, I do recommend DDPremium Herbal Inhaler. It presents a nice experience and does appear to provide temporary relief from stuffy sinuses. I have not tried it for nausea or dizziness, but it definitely provides a refreshing experience.

This is a great bunch of herbs that do the job!

While this won't cure the common cold, it is a very helpful drug-free way to get some relief from clogged nasal passages. I personally like the aroma and I appreciate the natural ingredients. The price seems reasonable to me, as well. I have no issues or concerns and feel confident recommending this to others based upon my own experience, opinions, and preferences. Five stars.

I really find taking a whiff from this inhaler jar does some good for my on-going congestion and it also makes me more alert. I was driving at night one time and I was quite tired. I took a whiff from the inhaler and I was alert all the way home. I started taking a whiff in the mornings and I now drink less coffee. The price point is reasonable. I'm a fan of this herbal inhaler product. It's a great concept.

This is a great smelling product that does help to mildly clear the nasal passage. I always have it in my purse.
