Zhuanglin Men's Quick Drying Aqua Water Shoes

First, let me state I didn’t purchase these shoes for their intended purpose, as water shoes. I am not wearing them as intended either. After my wife instituted a no outdoor shoes in the house rule, I bought them to use as house shoes. Having problem feet, going around barefoot is uncomfortable. Originally, I was wearing sandals. This worked reasonably well, except many of the sandals have rubber underneath your feet that can cause moisture problems since they neither breathe nor wick dampness away, and socks aren’t an option. Socks look stupid with sandals! Even indoors where nobody sees you.When I saw the pictures of these shoes, I immediately realized they looked perfect for improving air flow around my feet. Not only do they have mesh around the top, but they have ventilation across the bottom as well. When you walk, you can feel the cool air swirling around your feet.As soon as I wore them, they exceeded my expectations for my particular use. Not only do they keep my feet dry, they also have reasonably good support. By the end of the day, my feet aren’t sore. I should add that I wear them with socks like sneakers. They have good traction on wood floors, tile and polished cement.I can’t speak to their use outside, or on dirty surfaces. Pooled water, mud, fine dirt or other less than pristine conditions would probably not be so great. Like the air flow, all these things would have direct access to the bottom of your feet. If you walk on clean sidewalks and other exterior surfaces, I’d imagine you’d be fine with these outside the house.They slip on, which is helpful if you have a bad back.On the negative side, I’m not too fond of the two bell shaped plastic details on the end of the laces. The little plastic cinching device doesn’t hold very well, but does not cause issues for me since the shoes fit snugly, even when the laces are loose. I slide the whole thing through the crossing laces to the bottom so nothing is swinging around. This doesn’t bother me, but from a style perspective, it’s a little clunky. I imagine I could remedy this by removing the plastic parts and tying a bow. I’m too lazy to bother with it. The gray trim paint that runs between the mesh top and the treads wears off if abraded. Also, the black tread details, where they wrap around the shoe and become visible on the sides, have separated slightly from the white tread. If I cared, I could probably fix this with a little super glue. None of these issues overrides the benefits from my perspective.These shoes have proven to be durable for my daily inside use of 13 months. Given their current condition, I would estimate they will still be usable for a long while with similar wear. I can not speak to longevity with outside use or use in water. For my purpose, these have been perfect. I was so pleased with the ones I’m wearing at this moment, purchased back in November 2021, that I bought several extra pairs. At around $22, they are a good deal for my intended use. I get disappointed when I have something I like that is no longer available when I need to replace it.Since I’m not using these as advertised and I never read the 5 star ratings anyways. I only read the 2, 3 and 4 star ratings since they are the most informative. I’m giving this item 4 stars. Just shy of perfect for my use.

I actually wore the shoes several days in advance of my first saltwater fishing trips. I wanted to wear them initially to get a feel for comfort. Granted these are not built like high dollar running shoes so I tried not to compare the two. However, the shoes are very comfortable for long periods of time I was out six hours on my boat and the shoes really surprised. They are super light but not totally as sturdy as a jogging/running shoes due to the mesh upper which is for drainage.They do however grip very well and will not mark or scuff your boat deck. I really enjoyed the shoe and actually purchased two pairs to rotate.I shore fished the next day and walked in the water with them ...same experience ..quick drying and drys fast.

I go for 3-4 mile run/jog/walk on beach and wanted something with arch support. This fits the need very well and has good traction. It also has holes in-between treads to help drain and get sand out as you go. I also used in the rocks and water walks in Costa Rica and they work great not sure how long they will last but first month has been good

Perfect shoe for sandy beaches, water parks, and boating.The shoes fit true to size, looked great on, and were comfortable for all day ware.Used to ware traditional spandex water shoes when at the beach / waterparks, but always suffered from blisters by the end of the day from the spandex rubbing up and down making them unbearable. Going bear foot is not an option either with how hot the ground gets during the summer.So happy I found the Zhuanglin shoes, very comfortable to ware all day. Materials feel nice against the skin and they provide a more traditional shoe support for your feet. All the mesh goes a long way in letting the water drain out / dry quickly.Only one down side, they are not the best to wear for locations with lots of small pebbles or rocks because of the tread design on the bottom to drain water. What you will find is the small stones may get stuck and feel a bit funny to walk on. Just pop them out and you are good to go again.

Had to replace my shoes from last year that broke and decided to get these (and a pair for my fiancé). Wore these in the Youghigheny River for river floating. Stepped on large and small rocks inside and out of the river, stepped through mud, walked up a brushy hill and then walked for ten minutes on a path while the shoes were wet. They held up great! Didn’t hurt my feet on rocks, comfortable, dried quickly, great grip, and best of all unlike my previous shoes these did NOT rub my feet and create cuts or blisters. Highly recommend for use in the river.

I used them to play golf, and it was more like playing barefoot. I found the cooling ventilation refreshing and very comfortable. I wear a 13 US so my wide feet usually are stuffed in socks with little air cooling. This was a pleasant experience and plan to wear them again today. Golf in Arizona is hot, and these shoes offer protection and comfort. It was like playing barefooted; I could feel the turf better and I was surprised how well I was hitting the ball. The soles have a pattern but do not mark the greens. I may need another pair before the men's league play is over. If you have a wide foot, these fit very well.

Very vivid color, comfortable and supportive, and allows water to flow through. The only downside is that after becoming wet this shoe started to rub blisters on my husband’s feet. This shoe is a little bit difficult to get on, and is definitely not a “ slip on shoe”. Also small rocks and small seashells can easily get stuck in the soles.

I wanted some lime green shoes and these seemed like a good pick for the price and based on reviews. These are very comfortable and light. They are easy to slip on. I’ve exercised in them a few times and they were great. For the price, these are really nice and affordable. Buy your normal size. These fit perfectly.

I dont know why people complain about the shipping time... it says before you order it, shipping is 20 to 30 days. Great shoe, i wear them in my clinic, keeps my feet cool and I dont have to worry about changing socks to keep my feet dry.

Bought as a summer shoe to reduce foot sweat. Does the trick. But on the smaller side for size. And materials seems cheap and not sure if it will last long.
