Poor quality. Broke upon its 2nd fall outside the window
There’s no clear guidance about the device . It doesn’t mention that both sides of the window need to be wet for it to run smoothly.When it staggers the outside piece comes off and our broke the second time it fell 😟Horrible waste of money . And plastic .

Good with one concern
Product is very good. There is one concern that plastic screw for attaching the pads are coming out and they are not providing additional screws. Don’t know from where to get them as well. Otherwise product is good.

Loved alot!!! Finally found something correct for my glass windows 😍
The media could not be loaded. It’s super and easy cleaning with soap and water..cleans perfectly as it was needed …Thanks for making this amazing product … the magnetic effect is super strong and the string to tie on hand is best idea.. had a bit problem first to use later after adding more soap and water it was smooth and effective …I am just happy and it’s more than amazing ..I have ordered for my house, clearly enjoyed cleaning it smoothly without any extra effort .. thank you once again for the most amazing product..

There are no instructions as to hjow to use the product.No Cloth etc ahs been provided along with the product.It is a night mare to use the product.
