yes you have to have a PSN account the account doesn't cost you anything you only pay when you download unless the game is free

Yes, glossy black. However, be aware that you don't get the bundled games as such, you get a voucher to download them, which takes centuries, and won't work at all unless you have a suitably large memory card, which costs a fortune. Absolute swiz. Got this for my son's birthday, as he'd been nagging us for ages, but he has hardly used it.
