I ordered this march 11th. So I had this for almost 2 weeks. I love it! Shipped very fast, had no big issues. I wasn’t really trying to find any cosmetic problems. But she had a very small ding on the side of the laptop as well as a very small scratch. All of which I didn’t care about because I had a laptop cover. Came in a generic white box. (As long as it was safe I didn’t care lol) and a generic white charger. (Which actually charges okay, but I will get an apple one just because I want to lol) The battery stays on for awhile, while charging my other items like iPhone and watch. The screen size is true to size, no scratches or anything! I love laptops that have that built in led keyboard so I’m excited about that as well. I love it! Thank you. Definitely took a chance and I’m glad I did💕☺️

AAA Quality
If it weren’t for the generic white box, you could’ve fooled me this MacBook is brand new. Excellent quality. I also checked the battery health and it’s listed as “normal”. The only complaint I have (and it’s really not a big deal) is it was wiped back to 2019, and thus, had to install the new operating system. But that’s hardly worth mentioning. Very pleased.

not a good experience
i had to return the first one, it was slow and the keyboard got super hot in just a few minutes if use. i’ve only turned the second one they sent me once, it was super loud loading and eventually turned out to be super slow and didn’t load well at all. it seemed to be overworking and the fans were too loud. the condition physically was great with both of them, just disappointed it is unable to be used.
