On the smaller side but a very good product
for referance I've been used to a Razer Naga for the past 5+ years, the Steel Series is both lighter and smaller, which for someone with bigger hands is a bit jarring to get used to but once you've used it for a few days it settles being feeling comfortable!Lighting effects are awesome, especially with the design of the top of the mouse.Hotkey buttons are a bit of a funny shape too if your used to a Naga or anything simalar, the middle row is very hard to hit in comparison to others, but again, you get used to it over time.Happy buyer overall!

Superb Mouse
Incredible mouse. Was a bit cautious on buying it due to the holes it has & if it’ll keep clean surprisingly the “AquaBarrier” is some sort of wizardry and has kept it clean since purchase.Battery life is great, last a couple of days for someone always on the PC.My only issue is that the 10/11/12 buttons are somewhat awkward to press for me as someone with short thumbs

Disappointing Downgrade from the G604 – Looks Slick, Feels Cheap
Since the Logitech G604 was discontinued, I’ve been hunting for a proper replacement — enter the SteelSeries Aerox 9 Wireless. Unfortunately, it’s not quite it.The side buttons are too close together and hard to distinguish by feel, especially during fast-paced gameplay. If you're a fingertip gripper like me, this mouse isn't very lift-friendly either — it feels awkward to pick up, and I often have to lift my mouse mid-use. The G604 handled that effortlessly.Build quality is another letdown — the Aerox 9 feels fragile and cheap, definitely not something I’d expect at this price point. Then there's the software... The SteelSeries GG suite is bloated and filled with promotions for other SteelSeries gear. You’re forced to create an account just to configure the mouse — pretty frustrating after spending £90. By contrast, the G604’s software might be basic, but it works without getting in your way. Finally, the wireless dongle didn’t work at all. I could connect via Bluetooth (with limited functionality) and via USB-C cable, but the 2.4GHz wireless — the main selling point — was completely dead. So, it went back for a refund.

Good MMO-style mouse with a few caveats
Pros:- Good battery life and it charges quite fast when connected by wire- Lightweight, with the centre of gravity ending up quite close to the sensor- Solid wireless connection without any perceptible input lag- High degree of customisability for the buttons and other mouse functionalityCons:- The software is glitchy at times, making configuring the mouse more difficult than it should- No "offline profile" for when you connect it to a computer that doesn't have the SteelSeries software, it instead uses whatever profile you last had configured- Sometimes slow to come back up when the USB receiver is disconnected and reconnected- I wish it came with an included USB male-A to female-C adapter for the receiver (it does come with an USB-A to USB-C cable and a female-to-female USB-C adapter so you can use it with an USB-A port, but it's a clunky setup on a laptop for example)- Somewhat awkward button placement (for my hand at least), can't really find a good grip that allows me to hit both the 3 and 10 buttons without having to shift my hand

Great mouse... When its working
I use this mouse for Both MMOs and FPS games. (Wow and CSGO)Unfortunately out of the 2 I had, both have broken within 4 months of purchase. The first one, died during a firmware update, which resulted in its own bootloop of the mouse. The 2nd, just stopped working all together one day. Aboslutely no reason, but the mouse no longer has working side buttons or any RGB, no longer responds to the dongle.I absolutely adore this mouse while its working, its great, its lightweight, there does collect alot of grime within the mouse due to the holes, but it works perfectly fine and you are able to clean it with relative ease and some compressed air.Overall, a mouse that can't last 4 months is a bad mouse. For the 4 months its working, its great.

Great mouse
This is my first wireless mouse and I have to say i'm glad I made the switch. It's incredibly lightweight so takes some strain off my wrist due to a disability causing joint problems, my wrists being some of my most problematic joints. I also have small hands and it fits perfectly with it being a relatively small mouse, other than having to stretch my thumb to get to the button 10-12, but I have that with every MMO style mouse. The battery lasts me around 3/4 days before I have to put it on charge, and that's with between 8-10 hours of use a day, I also love that the RGB turns off when you're actually moving the mouse to save battery, since you won't see the colours under your hand anyway. As well as turning off when you haven't moved the mouse for longer than 5 minutes(I believe you can change the time through the software, same with the lights turning off when moving the mouse)

It's A Good Mouse But I Expected More
On the positive side it looks good, the lighting is effective and flexible. It feels easy to hold and pointer movement is precise. The DPS control and other settings are very customizable. On the downsides: The scroll wheel has started behaving erratically and it doesn't seem easy to clean. You'll only get the quoted battery life if you put it in max power save mode, which will disable all lighting and fast polling. Expect to charge it every few days without this. Connectivity is unreliable in that it will often take an extremely long time (up to minutes) to reconnect after sleep. I have the receiver plugged into a type C USB 4 port and it's been the same on 2 different computers. The button switches don't feel high quality compared to my previous Logitech mouse.

Perfect for gaming.
Decided to upgrade to a wireless mouse after becoming fed up of untangling wires behind my pc. The addition of the numpad on the side of the mouse is great for FPS games and MMO games. The software for the mouse allows you to adjust the poll rate for better latency at the cost of battery life. Very comfortable to use and defiantly worth the money.
