Nintendo Clear Blue Console (GBA)

Was a little skeptical before purchase, but was pleasantly surprised. Received the GBA before expected to arrive, which is always great. No problems with it. Felt it was slightly loose as the on/off button was slightly askew, so i tightened the screws as i already have a triwing screwdriver from fixing my Gameboy Colour in the past. Can’t go wrong with the price and there are no problems with my GBA. Works perfectly well and there’s no obvious cosmetic damage. Overall happy with my purchase and based on my first experience with this seller, I’d happily purchase from them again.

Just the console but worth the price. All yuo need is two aa battries the right game and yoiur away the charge is my next purchase.

I own an Nintendo and wanted to try GBA games on the system for which they were composed. The screen isn't backlit, which is a huge negative, but the nature of the screen is an interesting experience (games have an almost stereoscopic look on the silvery screen). In terms of ergonomics, this is so comfortable, and the design is possibly the most interesting and attractive of a game system before or since. This system has a long, looooooong battery life, but you will need to buy AA batteries for it. As you're probably of the video game (nerd) variety, your level of intelligence is probably high enough for you to have read this little detail. It can be a problem if you don't have a lot of money for spares or NiMH (recharable) batteries. Again, the lack of back lighting is a huge negative, and the SP and it's antecedent the DS and DS Lite are probably ones to start with. For collectors of unique pieces of design art, I would recommend go on, splash out a bit of disposable income on this. Nice first system, and it fits in the pocket; if nothing else, it makes a nice ornament or something to lubricate the affections of a gamer girl/guy/humanoid.

It arrived early. The battery cover for the backs missing which is a bit annoying but its what you expect from second hand. I know i always lost the back of any Gameboy so meh. It does have a few scratches but thats normal. Works perfectly fine and is great overall.

VERY DIFFICULT TO PLAY WITH THIS CONSOLE BECAUSE OF THE VERY DARK SCREEN. YOU NEED EXTRA LIGHT SOURCE AND AFTER HALF AN HOUR YOU FEEL HEADACHES!

WHAT AN UTTER PILE OF DOG POOP!!! i ordered one of these for my little boy for his birthday for what i thought would come in a box and actually be clear blue i was so so wrong !! it came in a paper packet with no cover for the battery part scratched screen i am so unhappy with this product if i could tell anyone i would not buy this at all it is light and basically just utter cheap rubbish and the fact they cant even send it with a bloody box is a complete mick take after this and another bad product i ordered i have to say i will never been using amazon again maybe if there is something wrong with a product they should tell you first in bold writing!!

Not perfection, but still way better than expected. One of the ones I got was spot on - exceeded expectations by a mile. The other one had a bit of a stiff D-pad. Would get these again without hesitation, such good value for money. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying one to just do it, you won't regret it!

This Gameboy arrived a day late however it works perfectly. It's just like when I was younger and everything works. I took a look inside and everything was clean without any sign of use.

Ich hatte als Kind noch den "normalen" GameBoy und später den GameBoy Color, die aber beide verloren gegangen sind. Da ich nun einen Ersatz gesucht habe, mit dem ich sowohl die ganz alten GameBoy Spiele spielen kann als auch die "to go"-Version des SNES-Klassikers "Mario World" habe ich mir den Game Boy Advance besorgt. Pros: + durch die Form liegt er sehr angenehm in der Hand + die Spielevielfalt ist groß und man hat die Möglichkeit auch alte Games, wie Tetris, Mario Land etc., weiter zu spielen + die Bildqualität ist durch das große Display und den besseren Prozessor schöner als sie beim GameBoy Color war (Man kann wahlweise das Display ganz nutzen, wobei das Bild gestreckt wird oder im gewohnten Bild spielen, wobei einfach nicht das ganze Display genutzt wird. Je nach Vorliebe kann man einfach mit Tastendruck umschalten) Cons: - Der einzige mir aufgefallene Nachteil ist die fehlende Hintergrundbeleuchtung, die das Spielen in schlecht beleuchteten Räumen oder bei starkem Gegenlicht etwas schwierig macht. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte und gut bespielbare Konsole, die alles bietet, was man von Nintendo erwartet.

Réplique parfaite de la gameboy advance. Attention, l'écran n'est pas rétro éclairé, mais l'appareil fonctionne parfaitement. Du coup je ne m'en sert pas vraiment car ce n'est pas pratique pour jouer. C'est plus devenu un objet rétro/de collection pour ma part.

Gameboy came in as described had to clean it up a bit but that was expected. Works great made it to me early. Great vendor, thank you J&S_vgs.
