This is a great light system that is both bright and vibrant. It attaches easy to a bare wall, I wouldn't stick it to wallpaper as it will rip it when you take it off, and the 5 panels are easily controlled with the app or alexa etc. You need to have internet access for the lights to fully work off of the cloud, however you can just switch it on at the wall for basic functionality without an internet connection. It is easy to use and we think it's great. It adds an extra dimension and is a conversation piece. Looks beautiful!

But if you like coloured tile lights these are your fix. Well made, customisable to the highest degree and well worth the money for an arty studio type look

Glitchy, all but impossible to set up, frustrating to the point that I wanted to put my first through them. Google "LIFX tiles stuck on red" before even considering this. The real frustration is that I can see how good these *could* be. Software aside, they look nice. The cabling and adhesive solution could be a lot better, but it works ok.

These lights are so cool. Lots of either simple shades of white or of various colours as you would expect. This goes even further though, it will animate patterns across the 5 panels. I bought 5 lots of these so have 25 panels on my wall and it is simply hypnotic. For the first month I found myself watching these lights and not the tv. Oh and if you are really curious you can even create your own animations on the panels...that is quite nerdy though and not for everyone.

The lights look great, once you've spent about 6 hours trying to set them up. The app is incredibly temperamental and often glitches and causes problems with the lights. I have tried all of the solutions that LIFX have on their troubleshooting pages but none of them have worked. My lights are still very buggy, but they are now working in a semi-stable state. I do not recommend buying these if you are not "tech-savvy" as the app and the WiFi settings to work with these lights are incredibly difficult. Brightness/Aesthetics - 5/5 Adhesion/Installation - 4/5 Technical Setup - 0.001/5 TL;DR - Lights are amazing and very bright, just very time-consuming to set up and is incredibly prone to bugging. To LIFX: PLEASE ADD SUPPORT FOR 5GHZ CHANNELS ON WIFI.

Plugging the tiles in and first set up was mostly alright, and for about 5 minutes I played around with the colours and they looked amazing. All the animations were stunning and I would have loved to have these on my wall going through a random cycle. However, the app is buggy, and/or the tiles have connectivity issues. At times, they didn't appear on the app, and other times they were unresponsive. Also setting the configuration of the tiles was a nightmare as the colours didn't match what was shown on my app, and they kept on resetting to default. Also they are not worth the price that they are at right now. Looking back now, I would value them at under £100.

Amazing product and love the different effects, and there's a lot to play with. Plus with IFTTT integration they can do all sorts from alerting you to calls/messages to turning on when you get home. Not sure why everyone's moaning about them got mine setup in minutes and have been working perfectly since. Only one downside, you cant yet link multiple tile kits... shame. Otherwise A++

Unlike the other reviewers here, I found the Tile very easy to set up and controlling with the app worked as it should. This is my eighth LIFX product and I have found the software has greatly improved since I started using their products six years ago. The Tile is good value at this reduced price and I recommend if you have already invested in their products.

Hallo, ich besitze mittlerweile 10 Stück der LIFX LEDs (LIFX A60 (+) LIFX MINI DAY & DUSK (Colour) LIFX Z Strip ein DownLight und die LIFT Tiles). Dadurch konnte ich schon Erfahrungen sammeln, diese möchte ich hier teilen. Vorweg, ich habe mir hier ein paar Rezensionen durchgelesen. Viele der schlechten Bewertungen sind nicht wirklich hilfreich, da diese nichts mit LIFX zu tun haben, sondern eher mit dem Nutzer bzw. dem verwendeten und möglicherweise falsch eingestellten Router/Netzwerk. Wenn das Netzwerk einwandfrei funktioniert, kann man die LIFX Produkte kinderleicht integrieren und die LEDs funktionieren/reagieren schnell und zuverlässig. (W-LAN - 2.4Ghz) Die Integration funktioniert über einen Strich-Code/QR Code welcher dem Produkt beiliegt. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass man sich mit dem iPhone/Smartphone im 2.4Ghz W-Lan befindet, wenn man eine LIFX LED hinzufügen möchte. Befindet man sich im 5Ghz W-Lan gibt es eine Fehlermeldung! Ich verwende die FritzBox 6490, mit der ich mein ganzes Netzwerk/SmartHome manage. Zum Router und den W-Lan Kanälen: Da die LIFX LEDs leider nur im 2,4Ghz Netz funktionieren und dieses Netz gerade in Mehrparteienhäuser sehr start ausgelastet sein kann, kann es zu Verbindungsproblemen kommen. Es gibt in den Router-Optionen in der Regel 13 Kanäle zur Auswahl. Ein Kanal kann im 2,4Ghz Netz schon mit 35MBit Download voll ausgelastet sein. Befindet sich die LIFX LEDs auf diesem Kanal kann es sein das diese nicht mehr reagiert! Das könnte auch beim Einrichten der Tiles Probleme bereiten... Für Apple HomeKit Nutzer: Der schnellste weg eine LIFX in das Netzwerk zu integrieren ist über die Home App. In der App auf das "+" klicken (Gerät hinzufügen) den Code des Produktes scannen und fertig! Wenn man dann die LIFX App startet ist das Produkt schon hinzugefügt und muss nur mehr eingerichtet werden. Ich musste nur von einer Tile den QR Code scannen und es haben sich alle 5 direkt hinzugefügt. Dann folgt in der LIFX App noch eine Sortierung der 5 Tiles durch "Drag and Drop" damit die Übergänge stimmen! Zu den Tiles: Aufgrund des relativ hohen Preises habe ich mir überlegt, ob ich die Tiles wirklich direkt auf die Wand kleben sollte. NEIN! Wer weiß ob der Putz-, die Wandfarbe hält bzw. ob ich das Tiles für ewig auf diesen Platz haben möchte oder ich einmal umziehe?! Ich habe die Tile auf ein Blech (weiß lackiert) geklebt und bleibe somit "mobil". Sofern W-Lan, eine Steckdose und ein Nagel in der Wand vorhanden ist kann ich die Tiles nun betreiben wo ich will. PERFEKT! : ) Die Tiles besitzen übrigens einen Pilzkopf-Klettverschluss. Dies kann man von 3m nachkaufen. Wenn diese im Netzwerk integriert und mit der LIFX App verbunden ist, kann das Farbenspiel beginnen. Die Helligkeit und die Farbwiedergabe sind erstklassig. Die Übergänge beim Farbwechsel sind „smooth“ und die Helligkeitsregulierung fühlt sich Stufenlos an (2% -100% möglich). Beim EIN/AUS schalten wird das Licht langsam hoch/runter gedimmt. Ich würde mir noch mehr Effekte wie "Feuer" wünschen. Die Themen sehen auch TOP aus und können noch individuell angepasst werden. Jede Tile besitzt 64 LEDs und es kann jede einzelne angesteuert werden (Malen). Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Weißwert ist nicht so gut wie bei den anderen LIFX LEDs und passt auch nicht überein. Meine Vermutung ist, dass das LIFX Tile die weiße Farbe mit RGB mischt und nicht wieder die anderen LIFX LEDs eigene Weiße LEDs für den absoluten Weißwert besitzt. Die LIFX APP: Diese funktioniert zuverlässig und ist einfach zu bedienen. Zusätzlich zu den Grundfunktionen kann man Zeitpläne und Szenen erstellen. Zeitpläne lassen sich auch mit Sonnenaufgang/Sonnenuntergang individuell konfigurieren. LIFX unterstützt Dienste wie, Apple-HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT uvm. Fazit: Die Produkte von LIFX sind ausgezeichnet verarbeitet und die Qualität ist erstklassig. Es gibt regelmäßig kostenlose Software Updates welche Neuerungen und Verbesserungen mit sich bringen. Der Support, falls man Hilfe benötigt ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Ich bin total zufrieden und werde weiterhin mein SmartHome mit LIFX Produkten erweitern. Es freut mich, falls ich mit dieser Rezension behilflich sein konnte! : )

Nonostante esisto diversi brand che ripropongono la realizzazione di composizioni simili, a volte più estese ed economiche, per me lifx non ha pari, il fatto che ogni blocco sia multi zona e permetta quindi di illuminarsi con colori diversi in più punti lo rende impareggiabile, specialmente per gli effetti che vanno a crearsi, fantastico l’effetto camino, peccato però che non vi sia un vera e propria integrazione nei comandi rapidi anche con gli effetti. Il montaggio, al contrario è un delirio, specialmente riuscire a nascondere bene tutti i cavi e gli adesivi posteriori non sono 3m ma qualche altra marca, non aderiscono per niente al muro ( sullo stesso muro ho altri prodotti che con l’adesione 3 m aderiscono perfettamente

J'adore ce produit, malgré le prix, très excessif, c'est beau et même très beau. c'est un gadget, mais C'EST BEAU !

As described, nice product and worth it to elevate the lighting styles. Note to avoid the hassle, the Tile with green dot in its back is the leader, start with this Tile then connect the other four tiles with it.
