Great roller set
Roller is quite hard compared to other rollers out there which neither good nor bad. Just an observation. Really like the hand roller. Good value overall.

Decent set but 13-inch roller is a bit small for guys
The roller included is decent quality just on the small side for me to roll out my back. The hand roller is really nice if you have someone else to use it on you otherwise, you're really limited to legs, but it does feel good. The Ball is kind of disappointing to me it is just extremely hard with a texture I dislike, would have preferred a lacrosse ball. The band is on the light side but is to be used for therapy not a workout. Overall, a decent set but targeted towards ladies more than guys because I am not that big and found it to be small. 5'10 160 pounds.
