Great Book
I do like the book a lot. But, I thought I would just chime in a little bit about a couple things that happened during this cleanse so that other people may know as well. I have hypoglycemia, which can make it really hard to do a juice fast. I managed to go a whole 24 hours without solid food, but then started to feel really badly, so I had to insert some sort of solid food. What I ended up doing was juicing all day until dinner, then eating a solid dinner (with really gentle protein like chicken). This I feel more comfortable with, and I feel like anything is better than nothing at all when it comes to trying to help yourself. Don't feel ashamed if you couldn't do the juice perfectly. I may not get the same results as someone else because I had to alter it to me, but that is totally okay. Do what works for your body! Also, make sure that you are not allergic to one of the juice ingredients. I made the mistake of making a lot of juice with dandelion greens, only to find out my body definitely did not like it! It gave me chest pains, rapid heartbeat and REALLY bad heart burn that lasted hours. I dumped all the juice I had made with dandelion greens after that. Even though I had to alter some things about the juice fast, I do feel like it is having a positive effect about how I feel. On top of that, my stomach already looks flatter and I am just on day 4. But it really is a great book, very informative. If you're interested in doing a juice cleanse, this is the book I would recommend over others.

Great way to reset your life.
This is a great book! Has really helped me reset my way of living and eating. The recipes that are included are yummy and help me stay on track. It's easy to read and easy to follow. I haven't followed the juice cleanse completely, but have used a lot of the recipes. And I've lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. It's become my diet "bible".Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic book
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s easy to follow and I’ve done this cleanse multiply times with success! Definitely would recommend to friends and I’ve purchased for family members.

Good recipes
The book features a great starting section explaining the diet and how to follow. The recipes in the back are excellent as there is a large amount of juice and blended drink options. Follow the diet and you will feel much better after the reset and your body will thank you for it.

Juice Cleanse Diet book review
Very rigorous cleanse. Unfortunately my willpower is not as strict. The recipes are good, book is quite informative and the pre cleanse diet was actually quite helpful in preparing for the juice cleanse itself.

Just what I needed
This could not have come at a better time for me. I am only in the beginning phases, but I already notice I don't want the bad things as much as I used to. I cannot wait to really get into it and try out the juices and smoothies. I must say though that I am most looking forward to the almond and cashew milk. They both sound incredibly indulgent, and I know my body and mind will appreciate them to the fullest. Book is easy to read and thorough...my only suggestion would be to separate the grocery list to show you exactly what you would need o buy for just the juice/smoothie/milk side of the house.

Do not recommend
This juice cleanse was a waste of money, as well the cleanse book. I wasted so much money on the cleanse when all it did was make me so sick. I couldnt finish the cleanse, getting the book was pointless. Save your money

Simple, straight forward advice that really changes the way you feel
I love this book. Its easy to understand, with straight-forward, common sense advice that sort of makes you go "of course!". I've actually done the Ritual Juice Cleanse a few times, and while it can be a little challenging, to break out of our normal eating routines - you are certainly not hungry during the cleanse. At the end you feel rejuvenated and refreshed and motivated to make healthier choices as you go about your day. This is the sort of book that you can pick up and flip to any page for a little refresher course on how to better listen to your body and help it function at its best. Five stars!

GREAT BOOK, TO GET ONE BACK ON A HEALTHY TRACK AGAIN
Good book, I found I had to do a couple reads to sort and glean out of the information they, the authors, were trying to covey. One complaint was they spent far too much time discussing the "7 RESETS" over and over and over in each section of the book(mindset, energy, metabolism, taste buds, digestive system, weight & beauty) ...in fact they did this 18 times in the book, ENOUGH ALREADY I GET IT !!! I don't mind paying for good information, but don't fill the pages with unnecessary fluff. YOU COULD HAVE PUT IN MORE RECIPES and MEAL PLANS!
