Great value
Cannot fault this for the price. It's easily solid and stable enough for me (although I only weigh 65kg). It really hits the Psoas muscles and can be used for other areas too (e.g. glutes). There are loads of YouTube videos available showing how to use it so the basic instructions are not an issue.

Ya great for releasing that hard to get to psoas muscle.. Its strong but not to the point it hurts so I'd highly recommend it
