Very well made invisible mechanism
The instructions are very clear as long as you follow them thoroughly, you have to measure precisely in order for everything to work correctly, but the results are amazing

Very easy to fit
Nice bit of kit. Took a while to arrive as it came via the US and I’m in the UK. Well packed and all components are good. Clear detailed instructions included.

Poor quality and customer service
Items soft close stopped working on one side after just a couple of weeks, no willingness to help try and resolve - only return but can’t as cuts are made on the item to fit bottom bar and already fully fitted, a premium price for a poor product -
