They are as advertised. I think some people were complaining that they weren't big enough to fit their garmins and that's because Garmin uses a super fat pin, even fatter than these 1.8s. These will work in a pinch, but you need to buy the pins from Garmin if you want exact same replacements.

I got these because I'm always popping off 18mm spring bars and losing them when replacing watch straps. These fit really well into some full grain leather watch straps of various colors that I like to put on my Seiko, Casio, and Russian watches. The spring bars are sturdy, and it's nice to have a lot of them for a good price. Definitely a good deal if you like to tinker a bit with watch straps like I do.

Workmanship and quality is good, the spring is very smooth.
