TOSOT 30,000 BTU Tri 3 Zone Mini Split AC with Heat Pump, 21 SEER2, 230V, Wifi-Enabled Ductless Inverter Split System with 16.4 ft Copper Line Set, 9,000 + 9,000 + 12,000 BTU, Cosmo Series

Coming up on a year before I wanted to post a reviewed. My wife and I installed it right before hurricane Helen hit Ga, taken our time of course. Our Main AC system for our split level home just wasn't enough to push air from the attic, which is where the air handler is, down to the two rooms on the other side of the house downstairs. So that's why we bought this system. We both understand basic Hvac and electrical so that made the install easier.Follow the the instructions and it can be done . Use Nylog on the line set fittings and make sure you use a torque wrench set to the right setting that's in the install manual. We pulled a vacuum for 30 mins each on both line sets and made sure it held for at least an hour each before releasing the 410a into the line set. Make sure you buy a line set cover kit to cover up the the lines . Almost a year later and it's running great. No issues what so ever. It's very quiet and efficient. We plan on installing a single head unit in our garage later. By the way Tosots parent company is Gree which is a well known company for mini split systems. So don't think it's just a cheap knockoff name brand. Just saying.

At this point, we are extremely disappointed with Sain Store. We are in the process of buying mini splits and decided on Tosot for their reviews. We purchased two dual zone units a couple of days ago and delivery wouldn’t be until the 30th. That was not an issue at all. Then Prime Day started and the exact same items we ordered were substantially less. It has been a terrible experience trying to cancel the previous order so we can reorder the same items from the same company. Shame on Sain and shame on Amazon. Should be zero stars for this order.

Fantastic experience with my Tosot! The install is DIY-able - just give yourself enough time (days) to get everything right. You'll need a vacuum pump and specialized tools. LRN2DIY on YouTube has a guide video and a list of tools. I combined an 18000BTU Tosot with a 30000BTU Tosot and together they cool a 2200 sq ft house in the Midwest. These units are super quiet, indoors and outside.

Struggled to find someone to install. I found one who only installs Mitsubishi and he commented on the quality and agreed to install it. It is quiet, efficient, and energy efficient. My pottery shop is up and running thanks to this product. Works great! Love that I can check the temp on my cell phone.

Make sure you check the length of the piping you need or hoses, these are VERY short, and you’ll have to pay for your own shipping back to the company which costs over 700$

So far we are very happy with this purchase. One of the reasons we went ahead with this purchase is knowing how responsive they were to any questions we had. I installed this myself and ran into minor issues along the way which they were able to assist with and help me figure out. Copper lines did not get delivered with the purchase and once I contacted them they immediately sent them out. It is much quieter than the previous units we had and the A/C seems to cool fairly quickly. The installation was fairly easy despite mistakes on my part with a drain line not being properly leveled which I was able to resolve. Have not tried the heating function yet.

This company is terrible, they sent me the wrong outdoor unit, (a single zone outdoor unit) then proceeded to call me a liar when I told them they sent me the wrong unit, so I then provided proof and they finally agreed to send me the correct unit, except they sent me the raggediest beaten up and dented open box unit they had, and it took over a week longer than it was supposed to to get delivered, which would have been even longer had I not called the support number 20 times. They provided zero assistance and were just generally horrible to work with. Never again would I ever spend money with this company, they will screw you over then call you a liar and give you a terrible fix for their own mistake. Spend your money elsewhere.

AC works I haven’t been able to really test heating. Although heat did come on once when I turned it to auto. Room temp was 72 and turned it on auto and heat came on. I think that was user error. I’m off grid and it works great running off my 15k watts of battery.
