I have been an encased customer for years. Have had to replace many holsters because of my sheer abuse of them. The case never ever failed me till this one. Dropped it one time on the corner where they have a crease to absorb drops. It absorb the drop and saved my phone but the case broke. Holster is brand new. Just like the case because it's less than 6 months old. The thing felt cheap the moment I got it but being a loyal swear by Encased customer I just assumed they had gotten that good to make them less cumbersome I was terrible wrong it was light because it was cheap. Sporting a new case now that reminds me of the old Encased. Don't like the holster as much. Definitely feel that my phone is much more protected. I actually feel bad because I was such a huge backer of their product. All good things must come to an end. This one did in one drop.

I ordered the product for my husband new iPhone 16 ProMax and we love it, it fits very well, it is not bulky like others he has had.For the price we paid, I think is worth it.Maybe, you could add a very small step by step to put the screen protector, I have done this with other phones, so I know what every item is for, but someone that never has done it, might be confused.

I’m sending this back, it’s far too slippery for a cell phone case. I don’t understand the other reviews. I can’t speak to the holder and belt clip nor the durability of the case itself as I don’t trust the case to stay in my hand, but I would assume I’ll drop my phone right away and find out if it’s durable or not and that’s not worth my $2000 phone.
