Soon arrived and very well packaged . I was surprised how soon it was to operate and ride . I put it on charge for a couple of hours and then gave it a test ride all seems great and i can't fault it . Takes only seconds to fold or onfold and is more compact than I thought . Yeah its a little heavy but being able to get it in the rear of my car to take with me to the coast whilst out with our touring caravan will be awesome . I'm happy with the scooter and I'm ordering a bag to hang on the seat back to put a bit of shopping in lol .

Been very useful as my mobility declines. Heavy but that is advertised. A bit snazzy and nicer to look at than others I see. Folds really easily at the push of a button. Does fit in my car boot which is a relief! Only issue I have is that when in the lower 2 of the 3 "gears" it doesn't always move when you turn the throttle. This was a real scare first time I was out and at a controlled crossing. While waiting for the light to cross 4 lanes I was on a bit of a slope. I held on the brake (all good) and then on green let go and rolled onto the crossing then twisted the throttle - and nothing happened. I was turning the key on and off before realising that if I turned the throttle, released and turned again the scooter moved. My heart was pounding as cars were already beginning to move! It is a really bad feature and happens everytime I am out. An issue when you stop going up hill but rest of the time I instinctively twist, return and twist to go now

The service up to delivery was great. The scooter is well-made and folds easily. It is heavy to be lifting in and out of a car boot. it runs smoothly and is quiet. Be advised, if for whatever reason, you need to send the scooter back it will be you who has to pay the PP and it is not cheap. Make sure it is what you want!!!

Useless won’t open

my hubby should have listened to you and got a lighter scooter but things are what they are .it is a lot easier for him to use though it is a folding one and looking great so thank you very much ..

Brilliant bit of kit

Instructions could be better, i.e. need to adjust handlebars no instruction,just tells you so you don't know if you have got it right. The swivel seat still looking for knob, It arrives folded up so battery is in box took a while to find the compartment where it coincidently when folded it goes next to steering rod (or tiller) and clips in Other than that great machine and delivery time was good. Only giving it a four because of that reason.

This is a great little scooter, it's auto collapse and return to full size. I have found it has to have a large turning space also the handles are straight so you have to lean forward, but it is quite comfortable.There is one thing that was not mentioned on the information on the Amazon site but is on the information from the seller on delivery is that they say the scooter should not be used in rain/snow.i wouldnt have purchased this scooter if i had this information before hand
