Lovely!
Butter. Puff. Pastry! Three words that make me happy! This is really good pre rolled out, I have one in the freezer spare so I’ve always got some on hand. I would definitely recommend putting a little bit of flour down first if you use it for layering as it gets sticky so that’ll help ruining it.

Easy to use, delicious!
I am pleased about this pastry. Sometimes we have to be very careful of the outside temperature. It gets softer quite quickly, so the work must be done fast!

All about the butter
Here are some rhubarb & strawberry pastries I made. Only one of their whole range I can really buy because I don't fancy other products by this company, loaded with inflammatory vegetable oils, soy bean oil etc.

A very good product, but it's always out of stock
I used it to make Wellington steak, which is very delicious and successful. I'm very picky about food, and for oils I only eat butter, coconut oil and olive oil, so this product is great for me, but it's always out of stock.

Second picture in the listing says: "No added colourings, flavoruings or perservatives" Ingredients list states: "Potassium carbonate" Clearly, these people think we are stupid.
