The North Face Women's Resolve Outdoor Jacket

I couldn’t be happier with this North Face rain coat. It’s true to size - I ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly, with just enough room to layer a hoodie underneath without feeling bulky. I got this jacket (as a birthday present) for my daily walks to and from work as it is waterproof and light. Its not the warmest jacket obviously but with a long sleeved thermal t-shirt underneath, its ideal for long walks as otherwise you can get too hot. I like the simplicity of it. Two outside pockets, an adjustable hood and zip and velco fastening which ensures no leaks in the rain. As it is mainly Nylon material its totally waterproof and the water just bounces off it! Ideal for winter or summer!! The sizing is a tad off the mark maybe but it still fits well, I like the long sleeves as my hands can be covered if I need them to be in the cold weather! The best jacket I have bought yet! Would deffo recommend!!

Very good bag. Good quality. Kids and adult can use it. My husband used it as his work bag.

I bought this jacket for my wife for Christmas. It arrived very quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. My wife does not like jackets that are too warm, heavy or bulky. When she tried it on, it was the perfect fit and style for her. It is lightweight, comfortable and exactly what she wanted. It is a well made jacket as you would expect from TNF and the materials used are well balanced in allowing the lightweight material keep out the cold winds we have experienced recently. The sleeves are the perfect length and fit the wrists snugly. My wife like the fact than you can roll the hood under the collar with a velcro fastener. A brilliant Jacket and one of the best my wife has had over the years!

A perfect size bag for a secondary 13 year old .looks and feels great quality.Although expensive I believe it’s worth paying a bit extra for a school bag that will last the year

I bought this to replace the same jacket bought in 2008. Original jacket was a large but the new jacket is a way smaller and it was too tight around my backside. So had to exchange for an XL. Now sleeves are way too long and the shoulders too big but I can do up around my bum. Very disappointed as the original jacket fit perfect in a L. Be careful of sizing as they've clearly reduced the material used to cut costs.

Color was an exact match to the picture. As the size is smaller than "normal", but not abnormal. This jacket is fitted. Which is exactly what I was looking for. If you wear a small, it will be very fitted and little room for anything bulky to be worn underneath. So, order a size up if you want to wear more than just a shirt underneath.

I purchased this for a trip since we had a lot of outdoor activities planned and didn't want to risk rainy days ruining anything. I got a size up from what I would normally, as some people suggested to leave space for a sweatshirt. It is still well enough fitted to look good on it's own, but it was nice to be able to layer underneath it. It did a fabulous job of keeping me dry for hours out in the rain as well as protected me from the unexpected high winds. Very happy with the quality of this jacket. I don't like spending a lot on clothing, but this was worth every penny! Also got one for my husband even though he told me not to, and he ended up practically living in it!

Perfect for just staying dry and also very lightweight (if its rainy and humid you won't sweat in it).

Soft , warm and fit great. I wear a 2x and it was true to size. Best part the sleeves fit, a tiny bit long but doable. I’m 5’3” and usually have trouble with too long and need altering. The color is gorgeous- mallard blue.
